We lived in a 2 bedroom house in this villa for two months after the flights shutdown. I really liked the friendly environment, European styled house with blackout (and also silencing) curtains, spatious rooms, and a touch of local culture; the private gym and pool in its shadow. Special thanks to Joanna, one of the villa managers, who stayed really helpful even after we left.

Beautiful 2 bedroom home, clean, pet-friendly, with gorgeous pool at the doorstep, a rooftop terrace ideally set up for star gazing and a 180 open window top to bottom view. I was really sad leaving this place, i got used to the outdoor tub under the bamboo and the midnight dips in the pool. Ben and Jo are wonderful hosts... while Jo will send you out on an adventure by telling you all the ins and outs at what price and where of Koh Samui and Koh Pangan.. Ben will charm you with interesting conversations and tales... be warned though, time will slip away before you know it! I highly recommend this place, it is truly unlike anywhere I've been. It's the soul, the chill-ness and proximity to EVERYthing that really made it stand out but the hosts are what caught my heart! I will be back!

A truly five star experience. Joanna is an amazing host. She went out of her to make sure my stay was perfect and had so many suggestions of things to do on the island. The villa is in the perfect location, close to the beach, a local nightly market and many delicious restaurants. I think I’ve found my new home away from home!!

We had a lovely stay at Samui Grand park villas! Our villa was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - we really felt at home here. Our host, Joanna was great! Always friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Villas and complex with pool and gym! So clean and the service is top notch! I highly recommend staying here while on the island. Close to everything and very safe in a gated community.

Samui Grand Park is a home away from home. Family and Pet friendly accommodation with European amenities. Very spacious villas, high ceiling, windows open all the way with lots of greenery around. Close to Santiburi golf and only 7min to the beach by motorbike or 15min by bicycle.

It was the nicest cozy place to stay at! Super clean, quite…. We loved it there! Definitely we will book again!
