Unfortunately, I highly do not recommend this company. We went with them on a day trip from Koh Samui to Ko Tao. The tour guide hardly spoke any English. After reaching Ko Tao we received an information that we have 2 hours of free time on the island. He exactly said "2 hours and 10 minutes". We returned after this time to the agreed place and unfortunately there was no return boat. We have also not received any telephone information from the company. The crew did not try to contact us in any way before leaving the island. They left us overnight on Ko Tao island with no way to return to Koh Samui. Unfortunately, at that time there were no ships sailing on Koh Samui and the company refused to bring us back that day. We were forced to buy an extra night in a hotel in Ko Tao even though we had booked a night in Ko Samui. In addition, they refused to reimburse us for the hotel in Ko Tao. Worst tour company in Thailand. We have already used the services of several companies in Thailand and it was great. The Company let us down and disappointed us a lot. I do not recommend and even advise against it. Choose another company.

I was so excited to visit Ko Tao and experience the beautiful marine life that the island has to offer. I had booked my travel with in Petcherat Marina, and everything seemed to be going smoothly until I actually arrived at the island. As soon as I got off the boat, I realized that something was wrong. The staff of were in a hurry to leave, and I couldn't find anyone to give me any information. I tried to ask for assistance, but they were dismissive and rude. Feeling frustrated and confused. However, after wandering around the island for a while, I realized that I was completely lost. I tried to call the travel agency for help, but they didn't answer my calls or messages. I couldn't believe that a travel company could be so irresponsible and leave their customers stranded without any explanation or assistance. My experience with this tour guide had already left a bitter taste in my mouth. I felt let down and disappointed by their unprofessional behavior and lack of responsibility towards their customers. In conclusion, my experience with Petcherat Marina was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone, and I urge others to be cautious when booking with them. It is vital, as you have many other one-star reviews pointing to poor tour management. Firstly, provide a clear and reliable tour agenda. This will mitigate the miscommunication issues that arouse during the trip. The staff is not communicating in English well. They told me that I have two hours on Ko Tao, when in fact I've had 30 minutes. I did not fall asleep on the beach. Even if- the restaurant is just by the beach, so if your staff would be "looking" for me, they would have quite an easy task to do :). I just took my time in the city as it was given to me. Your story does not comply with reality, because I was back within 1.5 hours at the restaurant, looking for you. The boat supposedly came back for us after the snorkeling at Mango Bay. It is highly impossible because if they do, I was already at the restaurant on the beach thinking about what to do next :) Secondly, you can just ask for a phone number from your customers to reach out to them if something goes wrong. Simple as that. One aspect of what you wrote is true, I went to the Tourist Police, looking for help because your staff did not want to help me in any way. The police were also not much helpful, telling me that I should have slept on the beach instead of spending the night in a secure room in a hotel - maybe you just mixed those facts and turned them to your advantage. Nice try. :) Summing up, and not wasting my time on irresponsible business practices. Learn from your mistakes, and avoid insulting your customers, calling them "gold diggers" or childish. It's not a very mature way of dealing with problems when knowing you are guilty.

Good terminal, nice and clean facility. Toilets are available too. Getting to the boat we had to go thru the water. All in all great speed boat experience we had.

Friendly tour operator in Koh Samui who operates speed boats from Samui to Ko Tao, Koh Panghan, Ang Thong… service is good but the price is on bit higher side.. worth using there service as they have friendly staffs who can speak decent English which helps foreigners to communicate better..

The steady and tranquil palpitating pulse of the sea, ablaze medallion in the afternoon sky welcome us as we were on board. The Yatch pulled up at orange rock from the rich iron element called "Koh-Som" allow us to chill on the deck during the sunset. Just like turning the cover of the fairytale and fantasy book, the prodigious final sunset do their magic over the deck. My brother held his girlfriend hands, their eyes held each other's. There was a warm and beautiful silence pause, and finally she said "Yes".

CAREFUL, SCAMMERS! Bought a ticket for a speedboad which should bring me back from the full moon party. We were waiting for 3 hours, the boat never came. I had to buy another ticket from a different company. Talked to the owner of the company the next day, he was just screaming and didn't gave me my money back. SCAMMERS!
