First
the
resort
and
then
our
own
personal
experience:
The
resort
looks
quite
nice
and
the
staff
is
extremely
helpful.
Definitely
extra
points
for
this.
The
room
is
very
basic
but
"ok"
for
the
price.
The
drainage
in
the
bathroom/shower
is
unfortunately
not
very
good,
which
is
why
the
bathroom
is
under
water
for
some
time
after
a
shower.
Not
that
bad.
The
water
pressure
is
unfortunately
not
very
high,
which
is
a
pity.
The
fridge
(at
least
in
our
room)
is
relatively
loud,
the
bed
is
very
hard
(which
some
people
don't
mind)
and
makes
noises
with
every
movement
and
the
rooms
are
not
really
soundproof
(more
on
this
later).
Every
morning
at
7
am.
you
will
most
likely
be
awakened
by
the
Muay
Thai
school
next
door
but
because
of
the
thin
courtains
you
will
be
awake
with
the
sun.
Despite
these
drawbacks,
we
had
a
relatively
nice
stay
and
3
out
of
5
stars
seems
fair.
Now
to
our
very
own
personal
experience:
In
our
penultimate
night
we
were
woken
up
at
02:30
am.
by
loud
noises
from
the
room
next
door.
When
the
noisees
did
not
subside
after
some
time
and
loud
music
was
also
turned
on,
I
went
out
to
ask
the
neighbor
(who
also
took
2
additional
visitors
to
his
room)
to
reduce
the
volume,
since
it
was
now
03:00
am.
After
the
neighbor
has
clearly
threatened
me
on
my
request
to
reduce
the
volume,
I
went
back
into
our
room,
locked
the
door
and
no
longer
felt
safe.
The
person
was
clearly
drunk,
possibly
also
under
the
influence
of
other
drugs
and
very
agressive.
We
were
afraid
because
the
only
exit
is
past
the
neighbors
door
and
each
room
has
a
window
to
the
hallway,
which
could
be
broken
very
easily.
We
just
didn't
know,
what
to
do
and
had
no
information
from
the
resort
what
to
do
in
an
emergency
after
the
staff
is
gone.
After
another
hour
and
a
half
of
holding
out,
we
were
sure
that
the
neighbor
is
now
in
his
room
and
we
"fled".
(During
this
time,
the
music
got
louder,
didn't
stop
and
even
louder
"noises"
were
produced
in
the
next
room).
When
we
came
back
at
9:30
am.
and
told
everything
to
the
staff,
we
were
met
with
great
understanding
for
our
situation
and
we
were
offered
to
change
the
room.
However,
since
we
no
longer
felt
safe
there,
we
checked
out
a
day
earlier,
for
which
they
were
also
understanding
and
even
paid
us
the
cab
to
the
new
accommodation
(which
was
the
same
ammount
as
for
the
one
night
we
already
paid,
but
still
very
nice).
We
don't
know
what
the
hotel
did
with
our
neighbor
afterwards,
since
we
checked
out
before
he
had
slept
off
his
drunkenness.
To
sum
up
this
story,
the
next
morning
the
staff
was
very
professional
and
understanding
towards
us.
Of
course,
it
would
have
been
better
if
this
situation
had
not
occurred
in
the
first
place
(e.g.
by
a
night
guard)
or
if
we
at
least
had
any
phone
number/information
in
the
room
for
emergencies
in
the
night.
But
maybe
they
have
already
implemented/changed
this
because
of
this
night.
