Update: changing my review to 5 stars because I have been here so many times since the first time and the food is always delicious. The Khao Soi is a definite standout! I also love their spicy sunflower sprout salad, the fried tofu, and their soups overall. I recommend 100% Ignore my first review: Food was good overall. But not as great as other vegan restaurants I’ve tried nearby. Might also have been that we came close to closing time and they were kind enough to stay open for us. So it may just be that the food was a bit rushed. Will definitely try this place again and update :)

I am conflicted with my most current experience. I ordered the massaman curry with rice dish. I usually get the papaya salad. Which is made to order and super delicious. Clearly this massablah curry dish has already been prepared a few days ago. It's oily and tastes horrible. I ate one potato and I couldn't subject myself to eating any more. I am a chef and I know when potatoes have been sitting a few days and reheated. It tastes like it looks (see photo). I say pull it off your menu since you don't make it fresh. It's not good. I brought this to the attention of the owner in English and in Thai. And my observation is correct. It's not made fresh. I can only recommend the one thing that I have ordered three times now and that is the papaya salad. Good luck and enjoy. Head up on the orange juice that says it's 100%. This is from an outside vendor. It definitely has sugar. It was super sweet beyond normal sweetness. I had to dilute with half water. Heads up to anyone that has a sugar free diet. I was told it had no sugar when I asked.

The best BUDGET vegetarian/ vegan kao soi in Chiang mai, for sure! Just 50 bath, and I recommend you ask a extra boiled egg, just 10 bath more.. is not soo spicy, perfect for foreigners tast of food, also lots of vegetables, tofu and delicious mushrooms inside. I highly recommend this place!

I am here 3-5 times a week when I'm in Chiang Mai. Very nice veg option in Santitham. I love the galangal soup, fried lions mane mushrooms, and the pumpkin with tofu. No oils options as well.

The food was good and there are a lot of options to choose from. I don't think the food was particularly memorable but it's a decent place and worth checking out if you're vegan/ want a break from meat and dairy. Note: When you order drinks, the place attached to the restaurant prepares and delivers it to your table. You also pay for food and drinks separately.

If you're going to pollute with plastic, can you at least pack the food in plastic bags that do not break when carried? Polluting as well as wasting food and people's time. The food was served in plastic that broke off from the bottom and spilled all over the road. Guess who had to clean up the mess in the middle of a road while being hungry and without food?

We went here a few times during our one week in Chiang Mai. Great variety of dishes. Especially loved the Khao Soi and fried tempeh. There’s a „stall“ to order shakes/drinks next to the restaurant. Really good value for money! Friendly and quick service. Thanks a lot and all the best!

Solid Asian-style vegan choices featuring lots of rice topped with stir-fry, curry, fried mushroom, and seitan (wheat gluten), among others. The khao soi here is one of my favorites in town.

Just delicious. Plenty of different dishes to choose from and they serve food fast. The basic dishes cost around 50-60 baht. You have to pay first and make your order on the counter. You can find menus there. Another stand inside the restaurant where you can get different kinds of shakes.

Great food and good price, huge menu. Loving all the vegan options here. Next store has good fresh coconut too. Highly recommended.

Organic, homemade, delicious vegan food. 3 dish combo with rice for 40 baht ($1.30 USD). I mean come on, for realz?!?! It was all great but the pumpkin tofu curry was out of this world.

The food tastes amazing !! Especially for that price. It's cheap and I wish I could eat more. The only negative thing here is that you will miss the food immediately!! Even tho, you just have finished your tasty meal... Not only that, but the service is perfect too. You can choose the spice level by adding up on chili or hot sauce 😋 The location is near some hotels, and the place itself is comfy and refreshing. It's definitely a must-visit here in Chiang Mai. Not only (just) for vegans, but also for food lovers in general!!

I am not a vegan, and I do not enjoy mushrooms (all the 'meat here is mushroom based), but I really enjoyed this place. In fact I came especially from where it used to be in Suthep to the new location (maybe 4km) just to have a meal. Simple, basic and delicious food, that just happens to be vegan. As a meat eater, I did not miss anything and enjoyed the meal

This place was introduced to me by a British friend of mine, Keith. I like a variety of dishes offered in the menu, making I feel like vegetarian food isn't bad at all if I have to eat it every day. The only thing that will discourage me from coming to this place is a parking spot is hard to locate.

Very good food, polite staff, relaxed and chill atmosphere. For me, the best veg restaurant in the city. The grilled tofu salad is ubelievable and so are the other dishes.
