The staff were very very good and helpful the room was very tired decoration the toilet door lock had been broken at some point so somone had bodged another lock on that was already hanging off the door. The facillities were good and because there were three of us we got 200 baht each to use i was happy until i saw the prices they were charging for everything 600 baht was gone in 10 minutes so we had to go and buy more coupons 100 baht each or 12 for 900 baht i got 12 they lasted about 40 minutes the following day needed another 400 bahts worth of coupons 1900 baht in coupons including the 600 free so beware if you go for 3 or 4 nights with kids its going to be expensive

Enjoyed staying at this resort. Tickets to ATV, Gocart cable car sky chair flying squirrel vikings water park are included with the bookings. Rooms wer spacious and kids thouroughly enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was also good. Surely recommended staying here if you are with kids 👍🏼

This is the very nice place. You can live here with many activities e.g. Water Park, Luge, Go Kart, Buggy, ATV. Moreover, if you live here with cold temperatures, you are very happy. Anyway, it has the big bird house, you can play with the nice birds.

The location is quite rural. Perhaps u need such rural place a provide a huge land to build a park. The activities is suitable for kids. The entrance to the water park, sky chair, cable car is FOC for hotel guest. Others activities like ATV, go-cart, need to pay per game. My kids do enjoy with the water park. The room is clean and the most impressive is they have 2 shower room, one of it is with a big bath tub. Free WiFi is available. Breakfast is combination of Thai food and western. Considering with the price of the room, the breakfast variety and quality can be consider superb. However, I would suggest return to hotel before sky turn dark. U may pack some food from the pak chong night market as supper. Both of the road to the resort is dark and narrow.

maybe it was not the weekend so not many guests which was good since we did not have to wait for activities. many activities for kids such as atv and flying squirrel. the waterpark needs a revamp though. the buffet breakfast got waffles!

Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy. It's a great resort for people with kids... when it's fully open. Unfortunately it was not when we were there, although some of the staff thought it was. Be advised that the staff has limited english knowledge, so if you need something special it may take some time. You can stay here for an extended period of time, otherwise having your own transportation is practical

Resort located middle of forest. Nice place to relax and good air. Have big area to walk around and many activities. Some of the Tickets get with room booking and may need to buy in case need to cover all activities. Water park is disappointing as slide can't use. Having very huge area of pool but not a good design for adults but kids can enjoy. Restaurant food is tasty with reasonable price. Breakfast is average.

Room was very spacious and comfortable bed. All activities for small kids are available in the resort . Restaurant has very delicious food and variety of menu. Staff has good service mind. All my kids were very happy and we will come back again later

Really sad and dated resort. It's very quiet and the facilities are only available to guests. The Go Kart and water park seems more suitable for small kids. Quite disappointing, we left after 5 minutes.

Best place for family vacation love the sky view, sky chair and few more activites for kids from 4 yrs of age. In resort itself has water park should come hugh family will be more fun.

There are many fun activities here e.g. road luges, atv, go karts, water park etc. Most of the activities are covered when you book the rooms but may need to top-up if you like more rounds. Rooms were clean, only minor issue with the water heating but was fixed by the repairman promptly. We happened to stay there during Dec and the weather was cool at 15 deg (otherwise you don't need the heater). Breakfast was good too.

Nice place to share with ur lovely family. Much of activities especially for children. Cute pool n slider for kids. Atv, gokart etc. Much of shooting(photo) area. Food also good too. But yet u hv to prepare ur own stuff cos it's a bit far from outside. Anyway all good.

Took my family here to go swimming arrived at 4.50pm they did not let us in but pool closes at 6pm

Good location and lot of activities, variety of breakfast, if imrove more quality of service, will be perfect , especcially when checking in, I went together with my family, so lot of bags, but the staff of the resort did not help to carry our bags when checking in.

My family had so much fun at this resort!! They have awesome pools with cool slides! My daughters loves the amenities too! This resort is perfect for families with kids!!🥰😍

The whole place look deserted when we went. The rooms were huge but the floor has a slippery feeling. Rooms has a smell too. No buffet breakfast. Whatever we ordered were super salty. Congee and spaghetti bolognese were too salty to finish. The usual western breakfast had really terrible sausages and ham. It drizzled that morning. There is a part of the restaurant that gets wet due to the rain. but there was no wet floor sign. I know it’s wet due to the rain. So mopping it might not make sense. But at least put something there to prevent any accident. I almost slipped. My child fell and hit his head at the edge of the step. It was a terrible experience. All the staff were jus standing there not knowing what to do. No one offered ice pack nor any assistance. The buggy seats were not clean as well. Would never go back to this place.
