Purchased a 14k gold sapphire ring for $700. After one month of normal wear, the band has cracked. I messaged asking for a replacement ring and they requested that I send this ring back, don’t put insurance or state the value of the ring on it. After I said I clearly would not be doing that, I requested a partial refund to have it fixed here, which they ignored and told me to send the ring back again. Honestly, horrible service, horrible quality, I would highly, highly recommend you avoid this place.

A large collection of which you won’t be able to browse half of cuz a sales person would be following you the whole time like ur some kinda thief. It’s extremely uncomfortable and i think i yelled at the sales person at some point as she did not even let us take our time in browsing she would constantly keep moving us to the next room. Very very rude staff. Do not go here unless u have nowhere else to go.

Quite a large facility!! I have to admit, I was smitten by the fantastic aquariums around the place. Wonderful saltwater fish that were, in my opinion the true gems. But I digress...the selection of gems was amazing, along with leather products and small trinkets. A classy spot. There was also a factory that you passed to get to the display. Intrigued by the small train tour in the beginning.

Cool in the sense of being able to watch people make the jewelry right there in front of you, but then disconcerting how a sales rep will follow you around the ENTIRE time you're idly browsing their massive store rooms. Haha she was always on our heels! Didn't get to go on the ride but not disappointed. Was dropped off there as last stop on our Phuket tour. Also though about watching ppl work, I felt kind of bad video taping them as if I was at some zoo seeing them in their little cubicles having to work. Fish tanks up front w big sea turtles and sharks.

If you are visiting Thailand as a part of a tourist package this will be one of the mandatory stop, they have Galleries across Thailand. Positive : 1. Well designed building. 2.Gem History ride is top class 3. Huge variety of Jewellery collection in various price points. Negative : 1. Very Judgy and Pushy staff. (We had planned to buy something after exploring the place at our Peace but staff had other ideas. Even after clearly communicating our disappointment in pushing the product they kept telling us that they will show something affordable and chased us till the exit)

They’ve a large collection of gems and jewels. The “guided tour” is just a 2 minute walk into one of the workshops, after which you enter the gallery. You can’t explore the gallery freely as you’d always have one or two “guides” (read: salespersons) persuading you to buy jewellery. Not the place if you want to learn about how jewellery is made and about the different kinds of gems. Would recommend if you’re looking to buy jewellery. It’d be a much better experience if they’d allow us to explore the gallery instead of constantly trying to sell every piece that one lays their eyes on!

Horrible place to go. Sellers follow you and put rings on your fingers and press you to buy something. They are so rude and if you say “no” they do not accept it and follow you everywhere in the store. Bad bad bad way to sell jewelry. Do not recommend to anyone. Stay far away from this place.

I bought today pearl earrings and it made me upset that they didn’t even pack it properly, as if it was some trash;(. Mind you the store looks high end and you would think that the packaging should be the same, but nah, some poor plastic bag and the product in a paper envelope. Like where’s nice little jewelry box with nice craft bag? I felt deceived and made me want to cry😭.

It much be a nicer experience if the sales people would actually leave you alone, I would much rather browse the store in peace without being interrupted every 2 minutes. Every time my husband and I would look at something they would get very pushy take it out and insist I try it on. Sorry for the 1 star but your staff need to be trained in customer service that is not how you sell jewellery or anything for that matter.

Actually they have a very interesting tour that you go on a ride and it explain about stones . Lovely aquarium. Then u go to the gallery it was so interesting . However I find it more expensive than Dubai or Hong Kong but I had to get some items for memory . I got a small elephant with sapphires in gold and the same in silver for my girl. And I had to get something in their famous seawater pearls . Make sure before u make a purchase to check the silver items coz they look like the white gold . I found about that after paying 😃

It is an impressive place to walk through; air conditioned with clean restrooms and seating area. As mentioned in all the other reviews once you step foot inside you’re ‘assigned’ a salesperson who does not leave your side. They speak English, are very polite and it is obvious that they need to make sales to receive a commission. Personally I do not wear precious stones or jewellery and I was upfront about this and was not going to be swayed into making purchases that would not be used. We did purchase a few souvenirs and semi-precious articles by choice. We were informed that when presenting documentation at the airport on departure that we’d receive a refund of some sales tax. Overall an ok experience but wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

they sale only fake and tampered products. Their salesperson will give you look if you don't buy anything. We purchased thailand baam ( after salesperson persuade us saying about all its goodness n all) from there and you can see in the pictures attached how cleverly they had hidden its original packaging and expiry date. Don't waste your time here please. You will mostly visit here as part of your sightseeing.

Stylish and educational store. I thought the staff were very nice and the jewelry is lovely to look at. They have so many items that I think you should mostly shop here if you are wealthy or have extensive experience in jewelry shopping.

Large store with good selection. Come ready to buy. Helpers are very knowledgeable about what is in the store and they can size and dip so quickly.

The second place we visited in the free city tour was the Gems Gallery Phuket jewelry workshop, which was a place to sell and make jewelry and silver jewelry at very high prices, and it seems to be the biggest jewelry store in Thailand and the world.

As a part of the Phuket day tour we went here. Talking about place it is very big shop. It will be more likely to be walk around of large jewellery store. if you are not interested in buying gemstones or diamonds etc then you can skip this place.

Processed my refund two weeks ago, still have not reflected into my account, over 20000. Was told it takes 2 weeks, I am back in my country and my funds have not reflected. Second response: I was told that it would take 2 weeks at most, if I was made aware initially that it could take a month I would have asked for my refund back in cash , USD. I used a debit card to pay hence the confusion for refund being withheld, please provide proof that your bank has reversed this amount on my debit card as I do not have proof for my bank in English. I have tried to call your offices three times today and was promised a call back which never happened. I have a certificate that says 65000 and I paid 85000. Please send me proof in English that my refund of 20000 has been done and feedback on when it will reflect from your bank as my bank cannot pick up this transaction.

This is the biggest jewellery store and factory in Phuket. You are allowed to enter to the factory to see how they make or repair the jewelry. The collection is super huge, all the bling bling diamond and gems stone, the model and desing mostly is for ladies, only few design for male.

Way over priced! Tina was excellent but her manager was pushy and not willing to work on the extremely high price. Found what we were looking for elsewhere at another reputable shop for a VERY reasonable price, much less than here.

The sellers are very irritating. They even don't allow to visit the shop freely. They will follow you all the time and persuade you to buy something.

This place is quite the impressive gallery of jewelry. You haven't lived til you've been on the hokey "educational gem ride" they put you into when you arrive! It's somehow silly, unnerrving and entertaining all at once! As for the jewelry, my fiance and I bought some very nice pieces at a very reasonable prices. You'll find high quality jewelry here at a fraction of the cost that you'd pay in the US or Europe for something comparable. Be advised that the first jewelry gallery they take you to (the one with the shark tanks) is the SUPER expensive gallery where they're HOPING you'll buy from. Tell your salesperson you're looking for something a bit more affordable and they'll bring you to the gallery next door where they have the considerably more affordable jewelry. They have pretty much every kind of stone, setting and metal imaginable and all seem to be of a high quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful while in the showroom. I have to take a star off because once you've bought your jewelry, the staff are of very little help to you. They do offer a free shuttle service to get to and from your hotel but that comes with it's own difficulties. The ride there was quick, uneventful and just the two of us, however trying to get someone to take us back to our hotel proved troublesome and we waited nearly an hour and a half outside before we could get someone to finally take us back (with many stops along the way for other customers on that same shuttle). Overall visiting this place was a pleasant and interesting experience, but unless you've got your own ride to and from, it might take quite a bit longer than you'd anticipated. You're definitely not going to find quality jewelry at these prices anywhere in the west so be sure to get something for that special someone in your life while you're here!

Went here part of a Tour and it was very nice,Noy was very nice helping me choose and showing me diffrent things,I didn't feel rushed or pushed to buy anything, will definitely be back

What many of these reviews fail to mention is “The Ride.” The ride begins with a plastic volcano and light show, which informs you gems come from the earth. It goes on to show hands down the worst animatronics I’ve ever seen, to prove that people do in fact wear jewelry. It ends with a mermaid. I’ve never been shanghai’d into a jewelry store without notice before, but it was a real experience! Minus a star for the jewelry being overpriced.

This was an amazing experience. Nikita, our constant was terrificand we had multiple staff helping us. The staff was great attentive and knowledgeable, quality top notch! Walked away with a 3 carat sapphire and diamond engagement ring! The prices were unreal, but they can't get this in the US. I will be back on my next trip!
