We had the most AMAZING experience on the first trip that we had to come back— we booked another trip on our last day. We had 3 adults and 4 children ages spanning from almost 1 years old up to 8 years old. It was so wonderful to have our own space to move around instead of sharing with a bunch of other tourists. Our hostess, Set, was wonderful and kind. She played with our kids, helped us feel comfortable and answered our many questions. She felt like part of our family by the end. Our driver was amazing and navigated the waters and other boats perfectly—he’s also a baby whisperer. Our boat assist was excellent help to our driver and helped us with anything we needed. The owner is amazing and answers questions timely and efficiently. She sends an detailed invoice and details for the trip so you know what to expect. We booked a day trip on the boat to Phi Phi with Hartt Voyages - it was absolutely amazing! The crew was incredible, super professional and friendly. The service was outstanding and even though we had a plan on where to go, we were coming up with wishes on where we want to have lunch/ where else we want to go and crew was super nice and quick to correct the way to our wishes :) Also, the food on board was amazing and never ending, amenities for snorkelling, floaties etc was there - no need to worry about anything upon going on the trip. If we go back to Phuket and decide to take another trip on the boat, the choice would be to go with Harrt Voyages!

This company is an absolute rip off. We stayed at como point yamu and wanted to book a long tail to phi phi and was recommended this company. They quoted us 35000 bhat and not knowing any better went ahead and booked it. With a Combination of bad weather and not feeling well we decided to cancel and was told no refund was to be provided so we changed dates and we still were not feeling well and was told “bad luck use it or lose it”. So we “lost our money” as we couldn’t go.The worst part of it was that we later found out that a long tail boat to phi phi should only be between 1000 - 5000 bhat depending on boat. Cant believe a business would go this extreme to rip of there customers.
