Finding Coffee Culture Thailand was like taking a deep breath of fresh, pollution-free, Covid-free air. Starting with the ordering process on FB messenger they were there to help. Fast responses, helpful suggestions, friendly demeanor. The excellent customer service didn’t stop after they received payment either. The next day, after the order was shipped, I received a link to the shipping information and tracking number. Very reassuring when doing business with a new company for the first time. A week after receiving the coffee they followed up with me to see how I like the coffee. Overall just a fantastic customer service experience. ☕️ I ordered 500 grams of the Organic Chiang Mai whole bean coffee and 500 grams of the Khun Chang Khian whole bean coffee. At the time of writing this review I’ve only tried the former. The coffee is fresh, roasted perfectly, and overall a great value. Coffee Culture has earned my business and I’m sure if you give them a try, they will earn yours too. Tried this a few months back to support their campaign to save an elephant and found I liked both the idea behind the sale and the coffee. As a blend of Arabica and Robusta it works very well. You can see the level of the blend in the photo. Anyone that appreciates a strong cup of java I recommend it. If there is even a hint of bitterness from the Robusta, I cannot sense it. Highly recommended. Give this a try and support a great cause.

Have only very recently purchased a good coffee machine and coffee grinder and I am very much a newbie to this coffee seen. We are so far tried five different coffee types and to date they have all been very good. We are learning which coffee we prefer hot and which we prefer iced. The choice of coffee from Coffee Culture is very wide and the way you can search for information is very easy and helpful. Delivery of the coffee was quick and professional. As we become more experience with the different coffee types we will provide feedback on what we thought of the actual coffee. I am quite satisfied with this coffee. The taste is very good and has no sour aftertaste. But consider that the taste of the coffee depends on how it is prepare and the degree of grinding of the coffee beans. I have a fully automatic coffee machine and with this machine I get a full-bodied coffee. The name of the coffee beans is ARABICA 100% A+ Medium Dark Roast.

placed an order for 3 different types of coffee and some chemex type filters. It all arrived very quickly, well-packed and in perfect condition. I've tried 2 of the 3 coffees: Doi Saket (medium and dark roast). It's very nice. I slightly prefer the dark, my wife slightly prefers the medium - but both are very nice coffee - and very reasonably priced too. They have so many different types of coffee that I may be busy for a while finding a favorite. Customer service seems to be very good indeed and the quality great. I think I've found my regular supplier

Great experience with Coffee Culture Thailand. Delight to deal with a business that is responsive & cares about their product. Coffee typically arrives in Bangkok the next day, worst case after 2 days. For fans of medium roast - our favorite was the Khun Chang Kian Blend - fresh & consistent across across batches and very reasonably priced. The Doi Chang Peaberry Medium was good too. Also, thanks to their tasting kits, in a short period we’ve been able to taste 6 different Thai blends.

In looking for a robust French roast coffee in Thailand I searched the internet. That was three years ago. After I found coffee culture I tried their French Roast coffee and have been ordering ever since. It has very strong flavor which I enjoy and not experienced a better French roast. It has a strong deep smoky flavor which makes for a perfect cup of coffee

Been an avid coffee drinker most of my life. Coffee Culture has a brand called The Godfather that is one of the best I have ever had. Rich, dark and smooth. Very strong but no acid taste. Awesome.
