Do
NOT
use
this
company
if
you’re
looking
for
a
full
service
jewelry
manufacturer.
Despite
advertising
themselves
to
be
full
service,
they
do
not
actually
know
how
to
manufacture
brand
new
jewelry
designs
or
provide
any
expertise/guidance
from
design
to
execution
to
final
product.
I
told
them
multiple
times
at
the
start
of
the
process
that
I
do
not
want
jewelry
that
tarnishes
quickly,
and
they
proceeded
to
take
my
money
and
manufactured
rings
that
started
tarnishing
after
only
2
months.
Now
I
have
to
throw
away
the
entire
inventory,
and
despite
this
huge
inconvenience
they
caused
me,
they
will
not
even
give
me
my
mold
or
CAD
files
THAT
I
PAID
for.
They
will
not
help
me
fix
the
problem
at
all,
and
have
zero
remorse.
The
least
they
could
have
done
was
at
least
give
me
my
mold
and
CAD
files
so
I
can
have
them
re-made.
Even
this
option
still
costs
me
more
money,
but
at
least
it
would
have
helped
me
progress
to
fix
the
problem
and
mutually
part
ways
in
a
peaceful
manner,
but
they
have
now
ignored
my
emails
for
2
weeks
now.
This
is
not
even
the
first
incident.
They
also
wasted
my
money
on
CADs
of
necklaces
that
would
not
work,
again
taking
my
money
and
offering
no
compensation
or
solution
to
the
problem.
A
proper
full
service
jewelry
manufacturer
would
have
been
able
to
help
me
revise
the
errors
and
offer
a
new
solution.
I
used
this
company
originally
because
they
had
great
reviews,
but
now
I’m
wondering
if
some
of
the
reviews
are
fake.
