This is an outstanding mid range sporting good store chain that I love. I get all my running and cycling clothing and accessories here plus footballs and swimming gear too. Service is excellent and the membership programme is good. If you don't want very cheap stuff from China or overpriced brand names from Central this this place is a great midrange alternative. There is a gym in the front along with plenty of parking a cafe and clean toilets. I'll be back again.

Decathlon always my first shop when I want somethings to camping and sport. Nice staff, cheap price, good service and good quality product. For rama2 branch very big shop. They located alone at rama2 road. A lot of parking lot.

Terrible customer service and poor quality products that may need returning. In the event that you do try and return a product through their widely promoted return policy it will take months and you will need to continuously follow up. As there is no central facility you will end up contacting (there is no central contact point meaning you will be calling individual stores and contacting them via Facebook messenger) multiple stores and every time someone will apolize and then no one will take ownership of the task it will get lost and nothing will be done. I purchased a road bike that had gears that wouldn't shift and if eventually they would shift they never shifted the correct number of gears. Eventually they collected the product now I can't get my money back!!!! FFS get it done!!!!!!

Always love and be loyal of this brand since i had been in France. This Rama2 branch is a community for playing sports; football, basketball, boxing, table tennis, fitness, yoga, running piste, skate ramp. Additional sport course available everyday. Variety of product same as other branch. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Be ready to explain the description and usage of equipment.

It took us a while to get here from National Stadium but wasn't too difficult to find our way here......we were very happy when we found the location but was a little disappointed with the variety of products available here.....we chose this location to visit thinking that with a building on its own....we should be able to find a greater variety of products but unfortunately it was not to be...... we did make some purchases and we're very surprised to find that our Singapore membership is acceptable here in Bangkok......1 last point to share .......the staff who attended to us was very helpful and polite. We didn't get his name but on the receipt we only found an operator id KS0DS014.....we hope will help to identify the staff......as always we had a good time shopping @ Decathalon......we hope to visit another location in Bangkok soon...... A very good sports store in this area, staffs are service minded when asked for products' information. And there're fields for basketball and football available with advanced online reservation. Various kind of sports class available for free.

Big and spacious. The staff is kind enough to help you. The product quality is good 👍. Outside they have basketball court which is very lively. Badminton court and a full size gym. It’s good place to walk and run.

I shop here when in Bangkok, which is often. It's large. Prices are cheaper than in Switzerland where I live. For example, I bought a lightweight towel on Monday for 200 thb, which is half the price vs here. Staff are more than accommodating. Outside gym looks really good, albeit hot! 😉

Great place for sports equipments. Reasonable prices. Lots of parking space. Convenient location Service at the checkout area need to be improved. I always use the self-checkout kiosk. They’re very convenient as you just put everything in the box. But there’s nobody there to monitor them. Should have 1 person there that customer can get help. Today, there’s only 1 lane for regular checkout (with 5-6 customers in line) and no staff at the self-checkout machines. I got 5 items- the machine doesn’t recognize the last item and I didn’t know what to do. I asked nearby security guard for help. At first he ignored me. When I asked the second time, he moved from where he’s standing/snoozing. Then he just cancel my transaction and told me to’ redo everything again. If it doesn’t work - then go to regular checkout’ I redo the transaction and that 1 item still have the same issue. I was trying to pay all items. Being honest. I could have just pay for 4 items and walk out. I should not be treated as some annoyance by security guard.

This store is huge. They have anything related to sport or outdoor activity that you need and many things you didn’t know you needed. The only negative would be that it’s really hard to get to. Great store.

Great place for almost all sporting goods. At rama 2, you can try out a lot of the equipment. There's also a pumptrack and a small skate park out back.

Excellent sports shop. With the helpful sales people. Most of them speak English. I was very satisfied. Recommend it to everybody who is looking for the sport items.

By far the best Decthalon I have been to in Thailand. A new store, large bright and excellent ranges of all products. The tents are up in store and out and there is a range of fitness equipment on display outside too. Nice clean toilets too!

Wow! Didn't know about this new location on Rama 2. It is great - huge and very spacious. Super helpful staff, some even speak good English. Many thanks to the young man who helped inflate the Swiss ball I had purchased from Decathlon via Lazada. Now I can just go shop in person, very happy.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The irony is you see them everywhere when you don't need to ask them something and couldn't find one when there's a need to. Jokes aside, Store is huge with wide variety of goods. Super brightly lit. Never actually there during weekends/holidays so not sure how crowded it gets but I'd say there's a decent number of fitting rooms. Nice outdoor gym area. Outdoor parking could be troublesome when it rains but not a big deal.
