Do not recommend Town Country Property agency in Pattaya. I had to pay for their mistakes from my deposit. You can tell 5 min into conversation that owner is a greedy person who doesn't care about you. Avoid if you can. The landlord deduce that much because of damage to the bed. I paid 10.000 baht to your employee to take care of moving the bed out and people they hired did the damage. You should take responsibility for their action and pay / repair the bed. Cruel world? Just a selfish, greedy businessman...nothing new.

1 year after thailand has opened borders again the country is full of foreigners and many want to rent or buy Thai properties. The market is very busy. While some of the apartments I looked at 1 year ago are still available many advertisements are outdated. When you want to get something nice you need to work on it.
