I would like to say a big thanks to the sales lady Khun Yam today. She personally delivered my kitchen items to my condo on her holiday because she wanted to make sure I received them before I left Thailand. I can't ask for better service than this and the company should definitely give her a nice Christmas bonus for her work commitment and customer service.

Built one house using their tiles. Sold that house. Now we are redoing a second house and going back because they have the best variety of floor tiles , and shower tiles I’ve found. They had everything we needed, we bought mirrors, Shower doors, toilets, sinks etc.

I had a very bad experience with this store, we bought a salon for more than a hundred thousand baht and at the reception there was a tear in the leather, when we returned to the store, the faces had changed. look more the same way unacceptable behavior and a great lack of respect.for sure i will never go back. Best building supply store in Pattaya by far the best selection of porcelain tiles and by far the best and only selection of mid-range to high end bathroom fixtures in Pattaya. The staff is great also. Only 1 Warning: Most items in the main showroom section of the store are NOT available to buy, you have to order them days or weeks in advance so if you have imminent need for a new toilet for example, it's probably best to go elsewhere.

wanted to nuy a floor (Ceramic vinyl) and paint, tools, washing mashine, fridge, stove etc for renovating my condo. Was toold that they have to come out and messure the floor. I showed him my 3d drawing with messurements, they did not understand that. they said they had floor in stock, and then they didnt.. I left this useless shop and went to otherplace.. Also very uncomfortable with staff following me around, I left quickly...

Very good assortment of bathroom fittings where I managed to get the fitting I required after visiting 4 previous outlets without luck. The staff were very helpful. My assistant done an excellent job.

Things started off a bit "rocky" purchasing flooring and with the delivery of the materials. However, I'm shocked with the final product. They were here on time, the workmanship was great, all were professional, they did it all in one day when I was expecting two, cleaned up and put everything back in place when the flooring was in place. The price was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Good selection of furniture, rugs, bathroom fixtures and fittings and tiles, and lighting. Includes all the major bathroom makes Kohler, Toto etc. Furniture appears to be better quality than what you would buy in Index (Well that's what we hope) and style was more to our tastes. Staff helpful.
