Quite small compare with other big branches. However, they have pretty much everything you need for a new house (shelves, bedding, other household items, electronics). If you are looking for a specific electronic device, better go to HomePro or Power Mall because they will have more options for you to choose. This place only good for basic furnitures and decors. Staffs cant speak English but very friendly.

I'm honestly astounded by the audacity of this company. When I placed my order, I had certain expectations, primarily to receive what I had paid for in its entirety. However, to my sheer disbelief, I only received half of my items. One might think it's a simple mistake, and they'd rush to correct it. Yet, instead of a solution or an apology, they have the gall to ask for more money from me. I've been a patron of various brands and stores over the years, and I can confidently say that IKEA stands tall among them, not just in terms of pricing but also in the quality of their products. The difference is day and night. It's hard for me to fathom how any business could think they can get away with such poor service in a competitive market. My advice to others is to think twice before dealing with companies that don't value their customers. Why waste your time and money here when there are clearly better options like IKEA that prioritize both affordability and quality? It's not just about the products; it's about the integrity and respect a company has for its customers.

Nice place for a one stop shopping for home products. Price here is reasonable. The Japanese restaurant at 1st floor is really good and cheap.

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I invested my money, trusting I'd get what I ordered. But half of it was missing! And the audacity to demand more money is just the cherry on top of a very distasteful experience. I’ve shopped at various places, but nothing beats the affordability and quality of IKEA. It's clear to me where my loyalty should lie, especially when faced with such glaring discrepancies in service and value.

Helpful staff if you are english speaker and they speak some English . If not your communication will be slow and they would just kindly smile and say yes , even when it means no. and you might just get an unpleasant surprise. Anyhow, be patient and kindly asked for help, especially from managers who speaks English, they are willing to help out.

Overpriced and don't have in house technicians to help install home appliances. Instead they outsource to people for side jobs who aren't necessarily the right fit for the job and are not provided enough information either. This puts the outsourced technicians in a bad position. And in my case could not complete the install. Will return the product and buy from a homepro or other organization that shows superior service until the job is complete, not just good service up to the point of transaction.

Clean and fairly well-organized with good service. However, the actual products are nothing to write home about in either price or quality. If you're a diehard IKEA fan, Index Living Mall is not going to convert you, but it does score some points for relative ease of access (thanks to its multiple branches) since, to the best of my knowledge, there is only one IKEA in Bangkok.

The staffs have no idea what they are doing. No knowledge of the products. Every take way too long. The worst shopping experience

Attention! As a foreigner, you have to provide copy of your passport to return goods with quality issues. The staff showed me the other customers' passport copies as evidence of their ridiculous rule.

Good choice of affordable furniture

I had a great experience shopping for, and having furniture installed at my home. I found the sales person professional, and the same with the guys ho came to install the various pieces. They had a fair bit of installation to do, and did a fantastic job. I am a very pleased customer.

Upstairs staff are helpful, but twice I have gone in to get kitchen items and the ones on display have are not available. It just happened with kettles and three of the ones I would have gotten were on display but not in stock. Just take them off the damn shelf! Also very hard to find staff who seem to actively avoid you.

I brought a coffee table, and it was broken 😡. Change new one and broken again. And then change schedule but Index didn’t ship. Eventually it takes 4 months and I need to pay more money to change new table. And they make so many mistakes. 4 months later I still can’t fixed the problem. It’s really terrible!
