    0 Star !!! Went to the store today to change the size of my shoes. The staff said you can’t exchange if you buy from a different branch. so basically if I bought from Chiang Mai I have to book a flight to exchange there?!?!?!?!!!! After buying 8000 baht shoes(with discount) Adidas can’t even give me good customer service and offer any good solution to make it convenient for the customer. I will never buy from Adidas again!!! BUYER BE AWARE !!!! Adidas is the only shop in Thailand that requires to exchange at the same branch even though they don’t have your size!! Where does it say on the receipt that only exchange at the same branch???? Absolutely wasting time and money and energy on Christmas!!!!!
