Extremely poor service!! Looks like the staff is not interested in serving their customers. Kop/ Cop the employee who was assisting us was more interested in her phone, texting and looking into her WhatsApp messages than answering our questions. No greeting no, no reply to questions.

A staff who she looked a bit old wearing a glasses tried to convince me that cherry color is peony color. This is unacceptable. When I showed her about the official LV website to prove that. She just turned her face away and ignore. After that, she said with a tone of voice that I felt unwelcomed and rough that “these were what all colors in this shop have “(neverfull mm, which there were beige and cherry colors). she again said "if you wanna buy you can buy from that website not from this shop." I don’t understand Why don't you just, at first, tell the truth for customer! This is very bad service and bad attitude ever. I have never found it from any other LV shops around the world . A staff should supported LV brand and represent LV for customers. this is what I had experienced from LV Siam Paragon.

80% of staff were on there mobiles paying no attention to customers, you just get a casual hello and when you need help you have to find the staff !! similar service that you’d expect to find at Zara, quiet pathetic really. If they don’t think they can make a sale, they just give up and don’t care. You need to train your staff better; people except exceptional service and that’s something you can’t get at any of the LV shops in Paragon

Offensive service. Unworthy of a luxury brand. The LV shoes were cutting into the back heel of the feet. And we asked for a plaster. Service staff brushed us off and said no plaster. And to ask from information counter. We left the LV store, and changed our LV footwear for Dior footwear. Dior staff found a plaster for us before we even decided to buy anything. No thank you to LV. Get better.

I hope their customer service in future will get better. Staffs are so reluctant. Otherwise the shop is great. Well decorated outlet. Items are not so exclusive but they are limited. Me and my wife use to like their women section. So many things that you may consider to buy. This time we like women scarfs. They are beautiful and exclusive. We bought two pieces. All products are very high due to their brand name. Shoes and Purses are beautiful too.

Worst experience at this store compare with many others visited around the 🌎. Staff packed the wrong product which caused lot of inconvenience to go back and exchange with right product. First of all Manager wasn’t available to address the issue so had to wait for her an hour long after she took another hour to decide the corrective action which was not even adequate at all. Manager simply blamed her staff members for mistake stating that staff was new, not well informed and she will issue warning letter. Worst experience at this store and further unprofessional behavior of Manager resulted in losing a loyal customer.

Just bought a sunglasses this morning. Bad experience ever with an hi-end store. I bought one item, gave me another item, after checking changed for me but not change the invoice until i asked them to change the correct bill with the correct number of the item. The other problem is they didnt change the tax refund form for me. I cannot refund because different numbers of the bill and the tax refund form. The worst thing is: there was not any apology for giving wrong item. So that couldnt wait for any thank you after purchasing ====

Went to LV store at Siam Paragon, no SA willing to assist me, while they are grouping and chatting at the front door. When I asked about the product they just answer and go for grouping and chatting again. Bad service. Maybe because I wear short pant and T-shirt and they though I can’t afford to buy LV. What a difference experience when I went to LV store in Singapore and Indonesia. They willing to assist you one on one with smile even you not buy anything. I think the management in Bangkok need to improve the quality of customer service, don’t judge your customer from their cover.

After visiting Louis Vuitton all over the world, this boutique in Bangkok is the best I've ever felt.They treat every customer with sincerity.

My wife and I went here to just look on 8/26/22 and we meet our sales lady Panida Unban! She was very helpful and courteous! My wife finally set her eyes on one bag and of course she had to leave and think about it! We came back after a few hours of shopping to buy the handbag but unfortunately the display one was the only one left in the color she wanted! My wife asked her if we can order an new one and she checked all the stores for another new one and found it at one of the other Store in Bangkok and said it would be delivered here within 1.5 hours! It starting raining outside and then the power went out in the entire mall and we were stuck in the store for 15 minutes before we could leave! She sincerely was happy to help us find another new bag without any attitude that can be present at a lot of these luxury stores like Chanel and Hemes in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore! Or in some case won’t even look or just say not available! She called is within an hour while we were having fluffy pancakes at the food court and we went back to the store and bought! I liked her service so much I went back to her to look for a men’s wallet that I’ve always refuse to spend this kind of money for just a luxury name! But then realized the men’s section was separated a upstairs with their own staff! But I insistent my wife buy an matching wallet to go with her new bag on 9/9 and again she helped us with exemplary service! My first experience with buying a handbag was back in 2018 while we had a layover at Heathrow airport in London and we meet Lucy! We loved her service also! She also was very patient and brought all the bags and wallet to show my wife! We’ll she this handbag in Marseille and had to think about it and when we went back it was already sold! But I found it at the airport on our flight back home! Great prices too buying in Thailand! Also we will received 5% of the VAT back when we exit Thailand! In the US this bag would be $331 more and have to pay sales tax! We will definitely look for her the next time we’re back in Thailand for more luxury items! Pepper Morris

Bad quality of product and service. My boyfriend’s long wallet, valentine’s gift i gave 3 years ago, got some used defect on its edge and along its side. I went to the Siam Paragon branch for the fixing since i bought it from this branch. The queue staff is polite but the staff who assisted me was not really service mind, not even single smile from her. About the wallet, after the staff checked the condition, she told me totally 4,000 THB will be the fee for fixing the wallet. She told me she will send this wallet to Singapore and it will take about 2 months, I got the confirmation paper then i went to Mega Bangna for my business. However, 2 hours later, the staff called me on this, she said the wallet is not possible to fix and i have to get the wallet back soon. I felt really bad on this, since they already checked and i confirmed on the fee i need to pay. I never mind on the fee because the wallet really recall my valentine’s memory between me and my boyfriend. However, from this incident, i just wonder why do i need to buy this 20,000+ THB wallet while they cant do any after sales service like non-brand leather wallet from flea market. I understand their’s nothing durable as our life time, so i just expected to fix only. I planned to buy a shoulder bag for my boyfriend this year, but now i changed my mind. LV has no value for me anymore. GOODBYE.

Good service but long queue and waiting time

This store is big and has many bags, clothes, and other accessories to display. Staff who takes care me is good, the bag that I want to buy is out of order in this branch, so he contacted other branch to bring it to me within an hour. However, I don't impress the front staffs who should make the first impression to customer at the first meet. They seem not polite and professional enough. Also, I quite wonder that why LV staffs in many branches in Thailand are not act like professional and polite enough by comparing with other LV staffs around the world. Need a training and improve service and mindset to be act more professional and meet the standard of LV group.

Excellent customee service here! Now they have a pop-up store for men's fashion and staff is very helpful. Also, they have many products compared to the other outlets.

I was waiting in line at LV Siam Paragon. The staff obviously knew that I queued first but he took a look at me, skipped the line and let the others in. I was wearing casual clothes as I don't have any particular event to attend . It seems LV Siam Paragon treat customers according to what they wear. What a shame!!

The sales representatives will bug you too much and stand behind you all the time like a zombie like she is guarding you that you can't steal anything. Customers required some personal space for shopping in high-end brands.

The sale assistant was welcoming, polite, and helpful. Even though some of her choice of words were not the best; positive intentions were well received.

Nice shop that isn't overly crowded. Staff were attentive and polite. Made purchase feel good.

LV Man Store Siam Paragon Mall : Incredibly poor customer service, lack of manners and negligence are at home in this shop. When inquiring about store’s manager who was already off duty at 8pm, staff at the shop denied to provide his/her details for contact and clarification. Definitely far away from the standard of the maison.

They won't allow you to take pictures and video but I managed to took 1. They have separate section for men and women. 1 white sneaker starts from 40k baht
