Bad
quality
of
product
and
service.
My
boyfriend’s
long
wallet,
valentine’s
gift
i
gave
3
years
ago,
got
some
used
defect
on
its
edge
and
along
its
side.
I
went
to
the
Siam
Paragon
branch
for
the
fixing
since
i
bought
it
from
this
branch.
The
queue
staff
is
polite
but
the
staff
who
assisted
me
was
not
really
service
mind,
not
even
single
smile
from
her.
About
the
wallet,
after
the
staff
checked
the
condition,
she
told
me
totally
4,000
THB
will
be
the
fee
for
fixing
the
wallet.
She
told
me
she
will
send
this
wallet
to
Singapore
and
it
will
take
about
2
months,
I
got
the
confirmation
paper
then
i
went
to
Mega
Bangna
for
my
business.
However,
2
hours
later,
the
staff
called
me
on
this,
she
said
the
wallet
is
not
possible
to
fix
and
i
have
to
get
the
wallet
back
soon.
I
felt
really
bad
on
this,
since
they
already
checked
and
i
confirmed
on
the
fee
i
need
to
pay.
I
never
mind
on
the
fee
because
the
wallet
really
recall
my
valentine’s
memory
between
me
and
my
boyfriend.
However,
from
this
incident,
i
just
wonder
why
do
i
need
to
buy
this
20,000+
THB
wallet
while
they
cant
do
any
after
sales
service
like
non-brand
leather
wallet
from
flea
market.
I
understand
their’s
nothing
durable
as
our
life
time,
so
i
just
expected
to
fix
only.
I
planned
to
buy
a
shoulder
bag
for
my
boyfriend
this
year,
but
now
i
changed
my
mind.
LV
has
no
value
for
me
anymore.
