I really benefitted from my sessions at this place, or I should probably say that my back benefitted a lot. My therapist was very helpful, she knew and understood my x-ray result. She also gave me exercises I can do at home without the equipment. Most reasonably priced pilates sessions I found in Chiang Mai (in 2019). Friendly and spoke English. It's a small studio that does one-to-one sessions of about an hour each session. It was worth it for me coming here for my back therapy than going to the hospital rehab for therapy.

I went to HHH Rehab & Pilates Studio with a friend. I was only there to check it out while my friend had her trial class. They offered me a trial class while waiting! It was AMAZING! I do not yet speak Thai but my trainer spoke English VERY WELL! She took note of my back problem and tailored the exercises to fit me. My back did not hurt after at all! I really enjoyed my lesson. I think it’s a good price and the trainers seem like they are very good! I only had one lesson. But it was good! Give it a try! They also have great promotional packages now!

The private pilates class here is excellent. She (can not remember her name!) takes great care in your position and gives you a good core workout. My back feels better. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend HHH Rehab Pilates no matter what your fitness level. The business is very professionally ran, very good value and really puts the customer first. Kwang was my teacher for a package of classes and i learnt so so much from her. She has a wonderful teaching style very kind yet pushes & motivates you throughout.

Fantastic place with an amazing teacher! I booked 10 sessions during my stay in Chiang Mai and it ended up being a highlight of the trip. Lots of care taken during the sessions and plenty of variety to keep things interesting. Great value for money - would highly recommend this studio.
