Did an amazing three day trip on the ATV to Pai and back. I Have been to Chiang Mai 8 times and never had a better experience with any other tour guide or activity. The team are so amazing, fun, safe and so knowledgable!! The whole experience was once in a lifetime. Could not recommend more, you will not be disappointed. Had the best time seeing some beautiful remote parts of Thailand whilst feeling super safe. Thanks so much guys, cannot wait to come back and try all your other adventures :))

The rafting and ATV tour was amazing. We were picked up and headed to the location (1.5hrs) for rafting first. There are lockers, change rooms, showers, towels and water free of charge. Water rafting was very exciting and we felt safe as each person had a guide. Lunch was delicious. Free self serve coffee, tea and hot cocoa too. ATV was after a safety briefing, instructions and getting geared up. Ensure that you bring a face mask and sunnies/ glasses as it can get really dusty. It is a long day so make sure to have a good rest the day before.

8Adventures provided us with all-inclusive service by picking us up at our office with the air-conditioned shuttle, serving a delicious lunch upon our arrival ( - "excellent!"), then by giving us a full safety briefing and making sure we were well protected by providing us with a full safety kit before we set off on the real adventure. Our 2- hour whitewater rafting sounded like a very long journey, but the time went by so fast and was filled with lots of fun. Some of the sections gave us adrenaline rushes, some of them were surprisingly relaxing and calm. Every second of this 10 km rafting trip was breathtaking scenery; Spectacular flora and fauna, bright blue skies and bubbling white waters. At first, the surging white rapids looked a little intimidating for some of us, but once we were all sat in our places, paddles in hands, we felt confident because there were so many safety professionals around us. Each group had its own trained leader from 8Adventures, and we felt like they truly knew every single rock in the river. It was an amazing day! Helpful with booking, good planning, we were picked up on time (between 8.00 and 8.30am) by a friendly driver. It takes about an hour and half to get to the base camp with free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and friendly staff greeted us. Then we were split into groups based on activities we chose. We chose rafting and 3 hours trekking. 10km rafting was a lot of fun, we were shown a safety video twice while being transported and then we were inducted by our hosts for the day. Trekking route to the bottom of waterfall was medium difficulty for occasional trekkers, with a lot of extra information provided by guide Tom about flora and the area. Showers with hot water and towels are provided. Overall we had a great day. Highly recommended.

Did the ATV and kayak combo today. ATV was great fun, went up the mountain to visit the hill tribe, then around the river for some fast and fun action! Great lunch at the camp then onto the kayak. Amazing setup with everything you could think of provided, right down to a strap for your sunnies! Amazing fun day out.

I contacted these guys to organise a suprise for my wife's birthday. They did fantastic work. The tours were good, the staff are real people and great, they truly listened and really cared about what was going on. My mother-in-law was also with us and thanks to the staff, had no problems. Highly recommend these guys in every way. But... I will say this... If you are doing ATV and you have you own helmet and mesh jacket I advise you bring it. Can always store it in the lockers they provide if you don't want to use it. But do consider bringing your own gear. Note: the camera I have I bought while in china and the software won't synch the date properly. Ignore that on the videos 😄

Yes, 8Adventures would be one of the more expensive tour agency. But the attention to details, safety equipment and staff helpfulness is second to none. Went on the ATV and 10km white water rafting tour. We had full face helmets for the ATV along with full legs and body protective gear. With the terrains that we went up and down, it was glad that we were equipped with what we had just in case anything happened. I saw some other tours where there was zero safety equipment, or just a bicycle helmet. And at the rafting session, other companies had no kayaks ahead or behind as sweeps or staff in the middle in the water to make sure everything was safe and everything was going well. Thank you 8adventures for providing such an amazing experience and providing such a level of safety that I am looking forward to my next trip with you guys!

Such an excellent experience with the white rafting, the drops were fun, we went passed a few elephants in the quiet part of the stream. Was absolutely beautiful. The quad experience was great as well, you ride past an elephant sanctuary and get to see them pretty close. Overall a fun day out with a good lunch, fast transfers and a couple of doggos to share your lunch with. Highly recommend.

Opted for ATV and rafting combo. No regrets for first timer like me. For ATV, you do need to be careful as it is not easy to control the vehicle. But you are given a choice if you want to opt in for beginner or advanced level and given a thorough practice rounds before the actual ride. Opted for the beginner level as it has flat on road and off road bumpy ride, and have a stop over at the elephant sanctuary for a pic or two. On the rafting, it is a low tide session in Dec, and navigating around the rocks requires alot of muscle power. All in all it's an amazing experience.

Best experience and excellent service! I did the ATV and Rafting package. Both were superb. The food provided for lunch was really good. To top it all off they provide showers and a towel so you can rinse off after your adventure. Highly recommend!

we had an 8km rafting with two children (11 & 13) and all were very satisfied, great experience. We highly appreciated that 8adventures staff put a lot of focus on safety as we were with children and we are quite novices in rafting. The lunch wich was part of the package was delicious ;)

Love the safety aspect of this company. Instructors are able to speak English and very friendly. Staff were quick to assist with any requests or questions. Signed up for ATV ride. The ride consists of practice round and instructor will decide which route depends on your proficiency. Got the beginner friendly route because it’s my first time. But hopefully when I come back, I get to do the harder route . 🤭🤭 All in all , it was a fun experience and I would definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic experience doing a 3-hour ATV ride and a 3-hour whitewater rafting trip. The crew was incredibly focused on safety and also very friendly. Every penny we spent on our tour today was well worth it. We highly recommend it!

Had the best day here doing atv and white water rafting. The staff were fantastic, made everything fun whilst making making us feel safe. Showers with towels and shampoo available after if you want, lockers for your stuff, great lunch included as well. ATV trip was my favourite, playing on an area on the other side of the river from an elephant sanctuary meant we got to see elephants and water buffalo up close, and then rode up to a nearby mountain top with fantastic views. Book the full day with both and you won't be disappointed. Brilliant.

We did the 3 hour trek and white water rafting package. Pickup from the hotel was on time in the morning. The trek was lovely and the guide was excellent. He did a good job leading the group and explaining the fauna in the jungle. He even made a mug out of bamboo for us. The white water rafting was the highlight with fantastic guides who made us feel safe every step of the way through the thrilling rapids. At the end they also have a hot shower with towels which was a huge plus. Overall, a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

I have just had an annual break over in Chiang Mai. 8adventures made the whole experience seamless, from airport logistics, accommodation, food and activities. As a company they could not have been better! P. Sak is excellent at what he does and I would certainly advise using 8adventures!

Absolutely recommend spending a day with 8Adventures! I looked everywhere for a company that offered these kinds of activities but didn’t support elephant cruelty and this was one of the only ones! Would definitely recommend the trek and the rafting, it was super fun, the staff were all so lovely and the food was AMAZING!

Incredible team. Scheduled an ATV tour and white water rafting for 6. All of the guides were great, especially Deer on the boat and the entire ATV guide team. Plus, the lunch was delicious! Can't wait to go back.

Excellent experience doing the ATV with this company. The guides were great, encouraging, funny and really interactive. Safety was very important and we were armoured up ready for our drive! They were also very vigilant and advised on how to go about the more difficult paths. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Easily and happy to rate 5 stars! Awesome team who have great safety protocol all the way during rafting. There is no lost of the fun element though any such activities always have some risks! The 2 guides were awesome friendly. We got stuck at one of the rapids for quite a while, and the captain creatively got us unstuck and continue our journey. Lunch was simple but great! The photos are definitely worth to be kept as fantastic memories!

We had an absolutely incredible time today - rafting in the morning, followed by a huge and delicious lunch, then atv riding in the afternoon. All of the staff were super friendly and made the experience so fun, special shout-out to our guide Au (pronounced O, sorry not sure how to spell it!) who was super funny and knowledgable. We were planning a rafting adventure with 8Adventures but I had to cancel 24H before due to an ankle injury. They were so friendly and understanding, and communication throughout the booking process has been excellent through Facebook Messenger. If I'm back in Chiang Mai, their tour is on the top of my list!

I did the inflatable kayaking. Super great set up. Very safe. Well thought out with timings and a lovely lunch provided at the end. Can’t fault whatsoever. Definitely give them a go for an activity if staying within distance (I came down from chiang dao)

We went hiking to a waterfall in the jungle. It was a beautiful trip and not that hard. In the afternoon we went on the ATV tour. It was very nice. Off road, beautiful view, elephants, village people. The guides are very professional and took many pictures for us. They gave information about the area en provided water. At noon we had a good lunch. We really recommend this buisness for your tour!

We went on the 8 km ride because of our son wad only 11 years old and non of us had tried it before. We felt very secure and had a great time. I would choose this company again any time

We went river rafting today and it was amazing from start to finish. In the morning a driver picked us up at our place of stay and drove us an hour and a half to the river. This was all included in the price. Once we arrived we were greeted so kindly and then went on our rafting adventure. The guides were really great with direction and teaching us about native fruits and plants that were surrounding the river. After our rafting, we were given a beautiful lunch and were able to take hot showers that had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided as well as clean towels. The staff is amazing here and even more so the experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an adventure!

We went rafting and trekking. Both guides were extremely kind, personable, and helpful. The trekking guide shared interesting information about edible plants and cultural aspects that made our trip really interesting and fun! The river guide was great and made sure we had a safe trip. He made sure we were ready for each rapid and went through smoothly. Thanks for an amazing experience! We would recommend booking with this company!

Great adventure in the middle of the jungle, i did rafting and atv, atv wasn’t so impressive and the roads are scary but the rafting is the real bomba. 10 km (around 3 hours in the river with personal guide behind you. The guides are 🆒 and friendly. Getting there take around 45 min on a motorcycle from cm.

The attention was amazing, as well as the adventure that we experienced! The crew is super friendly and you feel secure all the time! Also, the price and the attention is unique.

It's nice place. The river water is low but can enjoy with current. The owner is pretty funny guy. You will enjoy definitely.
