I had a great experience with Perfect Homes. I was relocating to Chiang Mai from another province with my 2 dogs, so there were a lot of moving pieces and I was not an easy client. I was put in contact with Meaw right after inquiring about a property, and she has been highly responsive, helpful, and accommodating from the start. I needed a dog-friendly property on a budget, and I was only available to view properties for the 2 days I was in town before actually moving. Meaw was great about facilitating communication with the landlord, and addressed all my questions and concerns right away. Working with Perfect Homes gave me peace of mind because they also help with contract signing (actually they create it, so both you and the landlord are clear on expectations), and are present to walk you through it in person. They also do a very thorough home inspection and include photos in the contract, so if anything was damaged at the start, the landlord can't blame it on you when you move out. Overall, it was a very professional experience and I would definitely work with Perfect Homes again if I need to (but more likely I'd recommend them to others, since I have already found my "perfect" home :D ). I arrived in Chiang February 2022. This being my first trip to Thailand, I need help finding a suitable home near the school I'd be teaching at. I got a reply from her the same day I sent a request on the website and got to do viewings within the next couple of days and moved in within a week. She devoted her time and attention to the features that I wanted, inquiring about them by email about a week prior to my arrival.
