Great experience! Lenny was in constant communication with us during the planning of our trip! He had our itinerary very organized and easy to follow through a link online, which also included suggestions of places to visit and useful travel tips. We were in constant communication with Lenny & Tiger during our trip as well through Whats App. We set up many private transfers to get around. They all arrived on time and gave us a safe, comfortable ride to all of our destinations. We booked the private multi-transport tour, which was amazing! It was a great way to start the trip by getting a feel for the city and getting to know the many modes of transportation on the first day. Our tour guide Wanda spoke English very well and gave us a fun private tour of all of the major tourist destinations in Bangkok. We also booked the nighttime Tuk Tuk Food Tour! Our tour guide Bee was incredible! She took us around to the best places in Bangkok to get street food... it was all delicious!!! Lenny & Tiger know the best tours to book and are extremely organized. Highly recommend them to make your trip fun and stress-free!

So grateful to have found this group! I discovered them through an app called Zicasso. I filled out my preferred location, date range, budget, and activities, and was presented with two itineraries from different travel agencies. Lenny's itinerary was phenomenal, filled with a variety of activities, superb hotels, and additional recommendations of things to do on leisure days. Since this was for my honeymoon, I must have emailed him over 50 times with ideas I gathered from friends and questions that came up. He was always quick to respond and willing to switch up the schedule to meet my needs. The trip was flawless. We felt like VIP (on a budget) the entire time. Very grateful for the all the details (private car reservations, meals included in activities, ocean view rooms with champagne welcome packages) that really made us relax the entire time!

We had a wonderful experience with Lenny and his team. From the very start, Lenny offered a personalized experience as he took the time to personally call my wife and I to discuss our travel style, as well as our likes and dislikes. Lenny was always available to communicate, even with the 11 hour time difference we had with him in our hometown. When we arrived in Thailand, everything was taken care of for us, from start to finish. From airport transfers, to drivers, to tour guides, to snacks, to anything we could imagine, it was all taken care of. Lenny and his colleague, Tiger, were available via text the entire time we were in Thailand and checked in daily to confirm pickups, tour times, and to check to see if we needed anything. Our tour guide, Kiki, was one of the highlights of our trip. She was absolutely amazing and a true asset to the Expat Holidays travel team. Being with Kiki was like being with an old friend. She had our tours planned impeccably and provided services well beyond that of a typical tour guide in that she acted as our personal photographer. Each night, she would send us a video of that day's adventures. We were truly sad when we had to leave Kiki to continue on our trip. We wish we could have taken her with us for the duration of our trip. We still miss Kiki, even now that we are home. As much as we loved Kiki, all of the tour guides and drivers were great. We had quite a few laughs with the Bangkok Airport transfer driver. We enjoyed each hotel selected, especially our final hotel in Samui. We highly recommend Expat Travel!

11 nights around Thailand and Cambodia with all internal flights, hotels and private or group tours suggested and booked with the Expat Holidays. I came to through an international portal that sent my request to 2 local partners for me to choose from. The other partner was much faster giving me a full programme but there were quite a few things not quite right. It took a bit more to hear from Lenny at Expat Holidays but he first requested a call to understand our likes and dislikes, what we were looking for and the type of travellers we were. When the proposition came, I couldn't wait to come and visit all the places he suggested as well as the hotels. It's as if it had been me selecting everything, if not better, without spending all the time a trip planning requires. We still adapted a few destinations mostly due to our time constraints and then flights avalibility. We did Bangkok-Phnom Penh - Siem Riep - Singapore (although we had to book the hotel here as they don't provide services for Singapore) - and Koh Samui In Bangkok, Siem Riep and Koh Samui we had some organised trips that were great. We loved the hotels proposed, all transfers went smoothly and couldn't be happier at the end of our holidays that Lenny and his team were with us all along the way, always in contact and available. Excellent Excellent Excellent!

The tour guides were incredible and friendly, the communication was amazing. Brandon and Vanda were amazing and kept us in the loop on everything that was going to happen that day and if we were traveling they had all of our tickets printed and brought to our room. I want to start off by saying -- THERE IS NO CATCH. I was a little worried when we first started talking to Brandon at Expat holidays. It almost seemed too good to be true. The pricing was decent, the itinerary Brandon put together was quick and extremely professional... it almost seemed TOO easy haha. None the less -- so happy we took the plunge, because the experience was flawless. Every day before any transport/event our rep would reach out us and fill us in on what we needed. We didn’t know anything about Thailand (first time to Asia generally) and the team walked us through what they suggested and where we’d be going. We can't say enough great things about our Thailand trip planned by Expat Holiday, Lenny & the rest of the team. From the start we worked with Lenny to plan our honeymoon. He was very professional & helpful when planning our vacation. He helped make adjustments to the itinerary as many times as we needed, to make sure we were satisfied with our trip & staying within our budget. We started our trip in Bangkok, then Krabi & ended in Phuket. The itinerary was setup perfectly. For example, Bangkok started with a city tour/transportation tour so we were able to learn the city & learn how to get around. Then we were comfortable using public transport the rest of our time there. Our tour guide Luck was amazing, she really made our day fun & was so sweet. She took plenty of pictures of us too! We also did a good tour in Bangkok & had the best experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Our time in the islands was very relaxing. We went to an elephant sanctuary and a boat tour to Phi Phi. Both of those experiences were unforgettable. We really enjoyed both tours & the people who led them. Our Phi Phi island tour even made a special announcement about our honeymoon & ended the day with a sangria toast for us. They definitely made as feel special. The best part about working with Expat is not having to worry about anything. Vandra was our point of contact during the trip & she checked in with us, sent us suggestions, communicated very promptly if I needed to get ahold of her. She even checked us in for flights & had the hotel deliver our tickets to our room. All of our transportation was booked by Exapt too, we were very impressed with all of our transfers. Everyone was prompt & nice comfortable cars/vans. It was so nice not to have to think of those little details. Lenny also had great suggestions on food/entertainment & other tips/tricks for our location we were in. Can't thank them enough for planning our perfect honeymoon.

Lenny helped me plan an 11-day vacation Thailand for myself and my parents, who are in their 70s. He took the time to understand what types of accommodations and activities we preferred, and he provided an itinerary that combined the must-see tourist attractions with some really unique experiences. We were a group of 8 touring from South Africa. We contacted Lenny and from day 1 everything he advised us on turned out perfectly.
