Excellent service both before and after the trip. They accompany you to the border and then you have an hour to take a coffee in the Burmese part and spend time at the market. Then you redirect yourself to the predetermined starting position and the driver is there waiting for you. The minibus is very clean and comfortable and the booking Service very efficiently. No frills visa run service. The staff are not there to smile and make sure your trip is satisfactory. We are all there to extend our time in Thailand and they just want to get the job done and get paid. It's a long day but the best way if you've exhausted everything else. i used this company march 22nd 2023. I Inquired with another company and they wanted full payment before the trip and only had contact number whereas this company asked for 2000 baht deposit and pay the rest to driver on the day i went to chiang khong laos border for a total of 6000 bahtThey gave me 3 payment options including the office address which i found to be reassuring they also responded promptly by email to questions i had., i was to be picked up at my hotel at 6.30 am in a private van.i came to reception at 6,15 and the driver was waiting there . the driver was very polite drove safely . i took some snacks with me and chilled out for the trip. driver stopped about half way where there were toilets and a variety of food options both ways of the trip. very happy with this service.

Traveling with you is very safe and reliable. Everything runs smoothly because the admin is always responsive if I have questions or there is something I don't understand. Travel time is also fast because the driver is experienced and familiar with the terrain. your van is also clean and comfortable, I always fall asleep on the way 😅

The day of the border run was long, but plenty of restroom / 7-Eleven breaks and a very competent driver made the 3.5 hour trip one-way made the trip doable. I had a great time during my border run trip from Chiang Mai to Mae Sai! The whole process is super simple. You just schedule the trip, the staff confirms details with you, you get sent lists and reminders, and then you pay the driver after you've successfully re-entered at the border. The van is air-conditioned, spacious, and comfortable. The ride was very smooth and easy, even in a construction zone. The driver was polite and good at what he does. Tips: Be prepared with your own food and water, as these are not provided. I brought 2 water bottles and snacks. The food at the border isn't so great, so I also recommend packing a lunch. Otherwise, I can't complain!

I really appreciate the excellent communication and organization of this company. We Hired a private minibus and driver for our group during our 3 days stay in Chiang Mai. We were all very happy with the service. We got picked up from the ariport and taken our hotel. My border run to Chiang Khong went very smoothly. Great communication with the full itinerary explained in the preceding days. Comfortable van with lap seatbelts. BYO food and drinks or buy something to take away during one of the petrol station stops. Overall a professional service and highly recommended.

I would heavily recommend this company if you need to make a visa run out of Chiang Mai. Excellent communication and great driver. It makes for a long day, but you stop at a couple of gas stations (one on the way there, one on the way back) and the van is comfortable. The Laos border agents are very particular about the quality of the USD and THB that they accept, so make sure that you get bills without any writing or water discoloration. Definitely book with this company though!
