Hopeless Pathetic and worst service from Travel2Agent We had recently completed trip to Singapore and Malaysia with travel2 agent India. We had worst trip ever. I don’t know how they call themselves travel agent if they can’t even book hotels and entry tickets according to itinerary. Now am thinking why should I hire an agent if am doing their job after reaching destination. Here are some of issue I faced - The so called point of contact in Singapore, Mr Taifiq is very irresponsible, rude and negligent. They failed to pick us from airport the very first day we reached Singapore. I have already informed timings we are reaching and our tickets many times still they did not show-up. We had to arrange a cab ourselves to hotel. We landed at Singapore around 5 am and we got the message from Taifiq at around 9 am carelessly “Hi boss”. They have agreed to reimburse the amount we paid to cab still after 9 days they have not reimbursed that amount. - Rude behavior of our Singapore POC Mr Taifiq while coordination - Entrance tickets to sea aquarium were booked for next day rather than the one specified in itinerary. We got the ticket from Amit after waiting in front of sea aquarium for about 45 mins and that too ticket is for next day. To get it changed we had to go through the entire queue again and from the counter we got it changed. - After all these when we reached Malaysia, they have booked hotels on 3-6 November instead of 3-6 Dec. again we had to spend more than 2 hours hrs. at lobby just to checking in while they deal with hotel. They have to again book for the correct days. We booked for room with extra bed(which is possible on deluxe category) but as deluxe was not available we had to settle down for superior room that too without extra bed but.On request of Mr Amit, hotel allowed check in for one room and hold other one room as payment was not made as they have to follow some procedures which is understandable. As we were very tired, we told our agent that we will pay from our end and later they can payback. It took two days for them to pay back that too after several reminders from my end in between my vacation. What they informed is account team won’t be working on weekend that is why it got delayed. I wondered if we had not paid from our end the first day, they would never have made payment for two days and we would be forced to spend two days cramped inside one room. After the trip difference amount got refunded on request. - Cab provided in Malaysia was pretty old and not at all comfortable. We could hear lot of noise from backside and ride was very jerky. - In quote they have included half day city tour. But it actually includes 3-4 places. There are lot many places in Malaysia which we had to pay extra (250 RM, Malaysian currency) to driver to get there. They have just kept city tour for the name-sake but they are not showing most of the major attraction. They could have added more places as entry tickets were not included anywhere in Malaysia rather than just for name-sake showing bits and pieces. Apparently, we visit these places not so frequently so they could have planned much better. Only positive feedback that I can think of is the coordination of our Indian agent Mr Amit. He was coordinating with me to resolve all these issues even during weekends and outside his working hours. I really appreciate it. I actually don’t want to give any star but am giving one star only because of Amit. Hats off to him for his excellent support. Else they don’t deserve even a star. But vacation is all about experience and they really failed to give us a good experience. Thanks for making our trip a night mare.

Well we took the Russian tour thru this company , initially I had some issues like response levels before and after advance payment, after few days we became comfortable working with Mr Amit, and as promised he delivered all vouchers Visas etc on time. No hassles at all, the location of the hotels were very good , hotels were quite decent , the private tours were well organized, good quality cars and Hindi speaking Drivers in Petersburg and English speaking Russian driver Mr Pavel, having traveled more than 70 countries I would say the travel agent is good. Amit used to respond each and every msg of ours , I think the tour was full value for money , they never even expect a tip, but we paid about 10,000 roubles as tips alone simply because the service of each and every one was so good, no hesitation to recommend travel 2 Agent , the drivers doubled up as guide for 2 tours which should be done by a professional tour guide it would be great, can't really complain ,because, Overall I should say we got Full or even More value for our money 💰 So our Sincere Appreciation to the whole team 👍👌 keep it up guys 👦 👏

I got a quote from travel2Agent through Travel Triangle for a trip to Singapore - this was my first time using a travel agency for international travel. Have travelled to multiple countries on my own but since I had my senior citizen parents, husband and 2 year old son with me, I wanted convenience for the trip planning and execution. And that is exactly what went wrong with travel2Agent, convenience was at its bare minimum. I had to personally follow up for every trip to different tourist destinations and was literally getting an uber like car assigned randomly which I also had to coordinate along with my family. The city tour given last day was a joke without any plan of places to visit. I highly recommend to go through a local agency in the country you plan to travel to or book yourself. The cost was much higher than what I could have got through my own bookings or local tours. The biggest positive was Mr. Amit who was extremely responsive all the time and I didn't feel abandoned. But the planning and execution was far from the expected standards.

We booked trip to Bangkok and Phuket for 7N6D with Amit Chibber as coordinator from India. It was very well planned and coordinated between India and Thai T2A agents where we did not waited anywhere for transfers and hotels. Everything went well. Would recommend T2A for best quotes and if you need to make your vacation memorable.

My sis-in-law and I had an amazing trip to Thailand (Pattaya and Bangkok). From the moment I inquired about the travel plan until we reached our destination, everything was well prepared. We have engaged T2A's services for our recent group tour of 35 to Bangkok in early October 2022. Pre-engagement, they were very responsive towards our multiple queries, and also helped us to plan the business itinerary over 4 days. The local guides and bus drivers who guided us throughout the journey took great care of us, and especially so when we were all stuck in the recent Bangkok flood and jam. the coach conditions (34 seaters) were very good as well. Highly recommend especially if you are moving a lot of pple!

Our experience with Travel2Agent have been satisfactory and specially services provided Anurag was very good. He was available throughout our trip and helped us as and where we needed. The tour itinerary was well designed and co-ordinated. Good team of professionals who managed end-to-end of my first international trip. Team managed my tickets, booked hotels, bought tickets for attractions, basically created the entire itinerary for 7 of us. The trip was a fun-filled trip and we had lots of fun. The trip was Amazing and full of adventure. Co-ordination of all the staff, right from india to the drivers arrranged for pickups was too good. it was complete comfort for us as the communication between hotels,visit points,guides,Travel2agent person and Travel triangle person was Crystal clear. We had missed the Dolphin show as per its schedule due to delay in completing previous visit on same day. But it was arranged for us next day immediately without any Hassle.
