I had an absolutely amazing experience! I got my iPhone 12 Pro screen replaced, and it was done flawlessly (they even threw in a free screen protector!). Although they didn't have the screen in stock, they managed to arrange and install it on the same day. The lady who assisted me was a true professional. The price was also reasonable, so I would definitely recommend this company.

Reached them out beforehand by email, got a very competitive quote for fixing my iPad, was taken care and well informed at the store about potential risks, the service was fast and perfect! Also the parts used in fixing the device were high quality and instructions given to lengthen the lifetime of the device were very useful. This is the kind of service that makes you very happy! Don't go to MBK, Phantip Plaza, or Fortune Town. This is the place to go!

Different than others, I had no problem whatsoever finding the store. You just talk to the receptionist, show your passport and get a personalized key card. The view from the shop is amazing! I wanted to change the battery of my iPhone 8. They told me I didn't need to as my battery still had 100% capacity but as I already had the iPhone for a while we did it anyways. The woman spoke english very well any everything seemed very clean and professional. Let's see if my battery life will have improved now.

I walked with a phone and a screen protector and just needed a skilled person to put the screen protector. Arnaud told me it's an easy thing to do and I could also do it easily myself. All the while, I watched him do it with such skill I realized he's gotten so good at these things he does not realize how skilled he is. He wouldn't charge me for such an 'easy' job. I appreciated both the gift and the skills. I would happily put my devices in the hands of such a professional

This place mainly fixes iphones and apple products. I brought my Samsung note 10 in to fix battery and sim card issue. They tried to fix but no parts available. I'm giving 5 star because they didn't charge anything and they were friendly enough to help. I highly recommend for English speaker looking to fix if you have apple products.

Perhaps the best customer service I've ever received in Thailand. In an afternoon, they replaced a broken iPhone screen at a great price. This included pick-up and delivery services. Excellent phone and email communication, as well as simple payment. If you're in need of a fix, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The screen looks fantastic. Everything went swimmingly.

If you don’t satisfy with the service of Apple store, they refuse caring over 5 years equipments. Here is the place you should come. The charge here is reasonable.

Hello since this morning my iPhone is not charging, I’ve tried the charger and it’s working fine with other iPhones. I have also tried to charge that iPhone with a new charger and sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn’t charge… I believe there is some dust/dirty inside the iPhone charging phone, could you guys have a look and if so clean it/fix it? This place is wonderful. Second time using them to fix an Apple product. This time it was a faulty trackpad and a battery replacement. They are very efficient, honest, educational and kind. Would highly recommend them for any issue you might have—it will quickly be resolved.

Great customer service and fix. They even sent it to the hotel I was travelling south. But one issue is under the screen is many contaminants and they didn’t do a good job cleaning it before putting the screen back together.

Don't let this phone repair shop get near your iPhone with a 10 foot pole. This repair shop will pile on cheap Chinese aftermarket parts and jack up the prices and send you on your way. The tech pretends he knows the world about fixing iPhones, but if he really did he would know that replacing OEM apple parts with extremely cheap and generic Chinese parts will do nothing more than cause the phone to malfunction. They couldn't even properly diagnose the a simple sensor problem that a repair shop in MBK mall identified and fixed for a fraction of the time and money. Only a complete dummy would try and fix a 50,000 baht iPhone with cheap aftermarket Chinese parts from Lazada.

Repaired my Iphone SE second generation with a new screen. 1500 baht. Apple store gave me estimate of 4300 baht. Ready in one hour. They also speak very good English so no communication problems. Also returned replaced part. Exemplary service! A short ride from MRT Asok.

I lost my phone guy and have been struggling to keep a very old phone alive for sentimental reasons. After getting unreasonable estimates everywhere I went at the big IT malls. It was a relief to walk into the Dr.Smartphone office. They were helpful and kind and refused to charge me as the problem everyone else was making big was actually not a problem. With the pandemic on it’s a relief to know they are there for my tech needs should we go into another shutdown. Thank you Arnold and staff for taking away my tech stress and being fair and kind.

They tried a few cost-effective approaches to repairing our older phone, but in the end none of them worked and the cost of a comprehensive fix wouldn't have been worth it. They did not charge anything as we did not leave with a working phone. This outcome-based approach is what you want as a customer, rather than someone billing for their time! Really pleased with the honest and pragmatic service. Would recommend!

Fast and friendly service . Phone battery was expanding and phone was separating . So far from home wasn’t so sure about getting my phone fixed. Glad I did . They were fast and super nice . Replaced my battery and I was out in 15 min. Great job guys
