Been using this company since 3 years now & I would say they are one of the best in Pattaya. I never had to look elsewhere. They offer the best service ever & they have excellent staff who responds to the queries really fast and quickly. I have got my Visa and extensions from this company & many more things like Driving license, 90 day reporting, motorbike name registration and many more things. J&E made my life easier & stay in Thailand smoother. I won’t look elsewhere because J&E is the best when it comes to all your legal needs. Highly recommend.

My attempt to obtain a driving license with their help turned out to be a waste of time and a complete bait-and-switch pricing scam. I do not recommend contacting them.

Great service with genuine smile on the face. Staff are very friendly, helpful and keen to assist their customers and make it so simple and easy for them, no matter what. I had my visa extended during the last two years and this year, 2022, also without any hassle or stress of any kind. The cost still cheaper than any where else and didn't go up for the last three years. I really do appreciate the excellent service I receive every year from J&E wonderful staff. My opinion is zero stars but they get one by default. Saw a great youtube marketing video and read some reviews. Far from what I got when I walked in late afternoon on a Monday. Was told one thing by a worker via email so I traveled to Pattaya and took the week off to get help. Was dismissed quickly by the owner and passed off to another worker once I explained what I was told. The owner told me the rules changed and the timeline was longer. The worker who emailed me was no where to be found, of course! I found this difficult to digest given the sudden timeliness of this change. I booked my trip according to what I was previously told. I could have extended my stay had I been told the right information. There were no soft skills used by the owner given that I was upset and travelled from Bangkok for nothing. In most business settings some way of centering the customer is handled and a solution is found when there is a misunderstanding. Not with this business, the owner just just blew me off and passed me to a worker to see me out the door. I left without saying much but will make sure I post this review for others to see and be cautious when dealing with this agency.

Used the service to renew my drivers license, as we went through them 2 years ago. Great service! Minimised a lot of the stress with paperwork and also less waiting time.

Allowing this company to help me get my drivers license made it very easy for me throughout the process. As i had to do very little and they also helped with transportation going to the drivers license school incase you’re not sure on where the location is. My experience overal was excellent and smooth going👍🏻

I was stuck outside of Thailand due to the pandemic and needed to pay some property tax for my condo. J&E completed the task the same day I provided documents all for a very reasonable price. E-mail communication was prompt and professional, and I was provided clear PDF scans of relevant documents and receipts from the Pattaya City Hall visit. Not a big oversight but would no doubt have caused me a problem if I'd gone to immigration direct myself to do the annual renewal as I normally do.
