Took my grandfather’s wedding ring to David to get it polished, came back in pristine condition! Also left a 9,000 Baht deposit with David on a 20,000 gold chain, came back a couple of days later to pick up the ring and chain, no problems whatsoever. Great customer service all round. Mixed feelings about the service and jewelry. We bought a diamond ring during Covid and there were no other options to get a good ring on the island as travel wasn't an option. Unfortunately David was not able to offer a certificate for the diamond, which in my mind rings a few alarm bells and we've been told devalies the ring significantly. Normally any diamond this size should come with a certificate. After three months one of the clasps holding the diamond came loose and actually broke off not long after, we took it to David to be fixed, we didn't ask a price as we actually thought the facts would probably be free as ultimately the product was faulty, the class on a diamond ring should not break after just three months, however we were subsequently presented with a 2500 baht bill. This is a lot of money in Thailand. So we have a nice ring, which we paid a lot of money for but I left with a bit of a bad feeling to tonight's difficult and the exorbitant charge to make a change that should've been free.

Don't go to this shop. The owner David is very rude, his behaviour is not acceptable. Will never come back and will never recommend this shop to anyone. The parking is small and if you will come on car be ready to waste your time finding a parking spot on the very busy and small street.
