My left ear was blocked from ear wax. Took 20 minutes from entering the place to end result. My ear was checked by a doctor and flushed by her. Paid about 20 euros. Excellent service!

Wonderful practice. Really clean and professional centre. Staff are friendly. We didn't book an appointment and were lucky to see the doctor straight away. 500 baht to see doctor and you pay for medicine on top if you need. They supplied the medicine in our case. Our kid had infected mosquito bites. We got an anti histamine, an anti inflammatory and an antibiotic. All up including the doctors fee was 2000 baht. Very honest price. Our hotel doctor wanted to charge us 7000 baht just to see our son. Definitely recommend.

Getting there we were a bit worried as the place was swamped and it seemed like chaos. Angry tourists crowding around overworked staff, it did not seem like the type of place that would deliver our results on time. Still, there is order in the chaos, you just need to be patient and take initiative to ensure that your appointment is booked and you have confirmation from them - there were a lot of tourists turning up on the day who sent them an email and didn’t receive a confirmation, or had no booking made at all. When booking an appointment I called them and ensured that my request was seen, which meant that on the day I was able to cut through the chaos and get tested almost instantly. When it comes down to it the staff are super friendly, there *is* a system in place that ensures everyone is tested and they do their best to accommodate your circumstances, e.g there was a couple that had their flight in a couple of hours, despite not offering same day or urgent PCR tests at the moment they helped them out as a priority. Same for us, we needed same day but they did not have that available, so they promised us results at a certain time before the flight. The results ended up coming much earlier, which is absolutely fine by us. Considering how stressful it must be to deal with hordes of anxious tourists, this is a definite 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic service start to finish, the staff working really hard until late to get you your results and also very efficient with example emails to send on their website, there are few numbers so if you can’t get through to them please keep trying they are very busy with people just constantly walking in and asking for appointments - much better priced than hospitals as well. We were given flexibility to change from PCR test to Antigen test as U.K. accepts this (for now - please make sure you double check with your airline and local country as things change constantly. I had the usual swab at the clinic and I must say that I was very satisfied. The procedure is very well organized and with the appointment everything ends in about 15/20 minutes. The staff are very polite, well trained and professional. The nurse who gave me the swab (Kookkai) was very gentle, fast and top professional. I received the result within the declared timeframe, considering that the analysis laboratories send the reports after midnight, it means that someone of the staff is working the small hours to forward the certificates to the departing customers. I can simply give the maximum rating, 5 stars you deserve.

I am very disappointed. I booked for this Sunday for 8am RT PCR testing for 3-6hours result. They said they don’t operate on Sunday or come to our resort in Mai Khao. We make booking weeks beforehand for them to call us on Friday night to say they don’t open and cancel booking!!! Now, I have one day to run around to find a clinic before fly out next day!!! So disappointed and they don’t do Swap in evening which we need if done today at 7pm and their online site is so confusing they say this but don’t operate your time and no support to recommend other clinics!! Not happy with three small kids.

The Dr. here was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Though at 1st the name of the clinic was off putting at first, the quality of care given here is quite good, and the prices are fair. Thank you guys!

As we were waiting at the clinic to get our pcr test for travelling. It took over 2 hours just to start the procedure with no significant amount of costumers. Also got charged additional for paying with a credit card instead of cash! The next day we had to attend the clinic to pick up the results and waited another hour cause they couldnt copy the name right from our passport! Awful costumer service even though they got many chances to get it right, they did not care.

Very competent advice was given to me by the doctor. The doctor could answer all my questions well and even gave me treatment for a nail problem that was not my priority. I highly recommend to make an appointment with the doctor there. I would wish to have such good doctors in Switzerland.

I and my family had made PCR test from this Clinic. When the result is positive, they must contact the hospital or quarantine hotel to pick us up accordingly to the law. But they didn't. Left us no clue. They just want to take the money but no responsibility!

My husband had blocked ear soe we went to this horrible clinic First of all bare hand ! The least thing to use gloves! But not Used instruments! Not clean not new not sterilized and they used the same instruments for both ear not changed Ear irrigation by water manually with bare hand and dirty instruments lead to have acute bacterial otitis media and sever pain and another ear with also fungal infection!!

The booking and the test there was smooth. Then the admin work is all a mess. Paid for fit to fly certificate but they didn't send that, and only when I asked they asked if I actually paid for it. When I said I did, they sent over with wrong birth date, and I called to revise both of ours, they swapped our birth date. I have to keep calling them then they keep asking me to spell my email out. So stressful just to get that cert.

Pre booking highly recommended as it can get very busy. I went for PCR and was delighted by the helpful and competent staff. The examiner, Kai, is one of a kind. Rarely seen someone with such enthusiasm. Very competent and clarifying all my questions. I received the result within the promised timeframe.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, after just a few seconds being I respectfully told “ you can speak” as I was looking for the prices from the documents displayed on the counter Wanted to pay by scan and their QR code is not working so have been charged 3% for paying by credit card . Of course they are not the one setting up the 3% rule but should at least have their other options working properly right?

After all good reviews I thought doing one shot of random vaccine wouldn’t be a problem, and yet I was very unpleasantly surprised. Stuff had me coming back to the clinic every day for few days telling to come next day because of some random excuses. If not the fact that they were the only place with exact vaccine I needed, I wouldn’t even bother.

The clinic is open, but the receptionist said the Doctor is on vacation and coming next year. It's strange to have clinic open without a doctor..

I had a cough and very bad sore throat so I decided to go to this very nice clinic. Staff are very accommodating and doctor is very good. She give me injection and medicine and i felt quite better after few days. They are so caring and advices you what you should do to avoid having sore throat again. Price of treatment is kind of acceptable. Highly recommended.
