Really thankful for this place! They came to the hotel my boyfriend and I were staying at to do our rapid tests. It was 800 baht for one. It only took 15 minutes! 30 minutes after the visit, we got our result certificate in an email. The nurse was so nice and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Went for an ATK test in the morning and was in and out in less than 15 minutes with result certificate in hand. They have an organized and efficient system and there was basically no wait. There were no forms to fill out - hand them your passport and they take care of the rest. Swab was also gentle. The certificate meets the requirements to enter Australia which is what I was looking for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast and hassle-free COVID test.

I researched for somewhere that did a gentle PCR test after having some absolute brutal ones for my daughter an myself at the Laguna Swab Centre. The ones they do in Thailand are so rough compared to other countries. After reading some reviews I decided to give this place a go even though it was a 40 min drive away. I was so glad that I did. It was a totally different experience. My 11 year old daughter has become so scared of the test since having them in Thailand that she almost has a panic attack. The staff here were so reassuring and extremely gentle. I highly recommend this to anyone. They are professional, quick and gentle. I received my test results for international travel within 24 hours. I will be using this clinic whenever I need a PCR for travel again. Thank you!

She was very dehydrated and in shock, the team arrived quickly, working efficiently and methodically to provide care , they were informative on process and plan the entire time , at the same time educated us in the process , explained everything in full . The team assisted greatly in transferring our daughter to hospital as she did not respond to initial treatment as should . Very friendly, professional, clean, efficient, spoke excellent English. I called for a hotel visit because both ears hurt and I had lost hearing after getting ocean water in both ears. A doctor and two nurses showed up 15min (!!!) later (8,500.00 baht for hotel visit) with all their equipment, flushed my ears, put medication, and gave me a prescription for the next 7 days. They had all the medication with them and I did not need to go to the pharmacy. My travel insurance will cover all the costs. (Note: I could have just gone to their clinic, I’m sure it would be less expensive.) THANK YOU!!!

International travelers, have full confidence here if you need medical assistance. I was picked up from my hotel in less than 10 minutes. There were no communication problems and I was treated within minutes of arriving at the clinic. The level of service and efficiency was better than I receive in Australia. My problem was sorted, medication supplied, clear instructions and advice given and documentation provided to claim on travel insurance. Thankyou to the team for allowing me to continue my holiday.

They speak perfect English . I had bad food poisoning and I called for a hotel visit at midnight . Within 30 minutes they were there and treated me and gave me medication . Feeling better after a day and for a very reasonable price . Thank you

Very friendly and easy to setup: I just called their number, made an appointment the next day, and they can come to your hotel room to take the swab, both a doctor and nurse came on time, accepted credit card, all done in 2 minutes. Fast and done quickly and not painful like other swabs I've had before. Then 6-8 hours later, I got a negative result sent via email, printed it out and worked at the airports. Tip: Take a cheap rapid test before so you can get a gauge of whether you're positive or not.

The staff were amazing! They treated and sorted my sickness fast in the most professional manner. They looked after me better than the care we have received in our own country. Great place, clean friendly staff. I was forced to cancel several times due to COVID issues in Hong Kong and they were most helpful. ISO standards test service so accepted in Hong Kong.

Cannot recommend Dr. Karon Clinic enough! We walked in, told them we needed an antigen test for our flights home. They got right to it, we were in and out! Documentation was perfect…no questions asked at the airport. Extremely kind and professional staff. Everything took less than 30 minutes! Thank you for all you do! We need more people like you!

We did 3 PCR test at 2 different times, and the service it excellent. They are honest about lead times for results since this can change from day to day due to the Omnicron variant and the fast spreading of Covid in Phuket. Highly recommended.

After my 9 year old son was unwell for a few days, our lovely hotel staff called the Doctor from the Karon Medical Clinic Team to come to our hotel. The team were very prompt and friendly. The staff were amazing with my son, reassuring him he would feel better after the drip was in his arm to hydrate him (my boy is very fearful of needles). The staff were very gentle and caring. He was given some anti nausea medication, antibiotics, anti spasm and nausea intravenously. He was also given oral medication to start the next day. The cost was 11,060.00 Baht so about $476.28 Australian We also received an email the next day: We wanted to extend our heartfelt wishes for a fast recovery to your son. We genuinely hope that he will soon regain good health. Make sure to get adequate hydration. I would definitely recommend this amazing team. My boy regained his energy and was able to enjoy the rest of his holiday in Phuket. 🏖️☀️ Thank you 🙏🏼 😊

Great staff, very professional setting. I’ve had a small surf accident and had to get some sutures. It was all sterile and went well; if something ever happens, I can surely recommend the clinic. And of course the typical plus: Everyone was nice and could speak English really well (and some even German) 🤗

Verdict: Overpriced Tourist Clinic 💰💰💰 Pro: - Easy-to-find location in Karon - English speaking doctor - Somewhat quick service for a basic check-up or COVID test Cons: - Seriously overpriced (test fees, doctor fee & pharma) - Difficult to find car parking (street only) - Pressure to add-on services/tests that aren't really necessary. My experience: I went in with what I thought was strep throat and had to pay over 3k baht and take 2 separate tests to find out it was just a simple bacterial infection that could be treated with 300 baht worth of antibiotics (that they tried to charge me >1,300 baht for—no thanks! 😂😂😂) Recommendation: If you are based in Kata/Karon and cannot be bothered to take the 10 min drive to Chalong Hospital or the 20 min drive to Dibuk Hospital, this clinic is fine for the basics. You'll pay MORE to get a check-up, COVID & Influenza Tests & for medication than actually going to a private hospital. If you live in Rawai or Chalong, don't bother with this clinic. Just go to Dibuk (private) or Chalong Hospital (semi-private) and buy your pharma at a pharmacy with your prescription. The pharma costs alone were laughably high. They tried to charge me >1,300 baht for generic medicine that cost 300 baht at the pharmacy 2 doors down. It's great if you're based in Karon or Kata and just can't be bothered to go deeper inland. It's a rip-off if you live here and know better. Save your money.

Wonderful Medical Clinic. They took care of the insurance. Insurance coordinator is very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't have to worry about insurance coverage, clinic did all the communication with insurance. Great nursing team and doctors! Very compassionate and kind. Office manager beautiful lady, who organized the work in clinic very good. We never have to wait longer than 10 min before we see doctor. Thank you so much for great team work.

Very friendly and gentle staff. I came in today as I had stomach problems and felt really dizzy. Got to see the doctor straightaway and was proposed medication. Staff speaks really good English ! Stayed 0,5h for the Iv and injections and left the clinic. After 5 hours all the symptoms are gone and I can keep on with my holidays ! Also the price is really reasonable for help that I’ve received almost immediately walking in. Thank you Very much 🙏

Very well service! They work promptly and professionally, they have a lot of specialists there and therefore they don’t have queues there. I did a PCR test there for an air flight to Singapore (if anything, PCR is needed, the antibody test is not suitable). Thank you
