This is a decent place to eat Indian food when you are around Laguna in Phuket. The ambience is very good and the staff are kind. Price is quite reasonable for the quantity and quality of food that's served! We tried Panneer kadai, Garlic naan, jeera rice and chaas! Everything was delicious and the chaas was outstanding!

Really enjoyed the food here! Everything is made in house with very fresh ingredients. My favourite was the Lamb Jalphrezie and absolutely loved their garlic naan bread!

My family and I had the most pleasant souper at this restaurant. The food is tasty and the staff adjusted the spice level to satisfy our needs. I would also like to thank Huan (our server) for her lovely service and smile. She made me us feel so welcomed…it brought me back memories from my 1st stay in Thailand. 5/5

My family love the food here. Large range of choices, for meat eaters and vegetarians, attentive and friendly staff. The food is really delicious. We have been back many times. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Small restaurant, expensive, low quality Indian food. Butter naans were soaked in oil. Biryani had 5 tiny pieces (1-2 cm) of chicken! Couldn’t tell the difference between fish curry and lamb roghan josh, which looked almost identical and tasted about the same. Samosas were super dry from the inside. Grilled fish and grilled chicken were decent. Dal tadka was good. Plain naan was much better than butter naan. I eat very hot food, but the medium spice level here was kind of hot. Service was ok, for the price they are charging, as I had to get up many times and go up to the counter to request plates, cutlery, drinks, additional food & naan, baby seat, etc.

Excellent food and excellent service. The chef was very friendly, came out and spoke to us too. The food was well made and was timely. I would recommend this restaurant for good indian food.

Our favourite Indian food on Phuket. While many restaurants "dress up" cheap ingredients, Deepawali uses the best, and that puts it on another level for us. For example, one taste of the paneer and you know they make it themselves. I just love the Palak Paneer at Deepawali, but each dish is special. Kudos to the chef. Definitely try it out.

Visited 3 days when I was in Phuket.Small and amazing place. Good food for the best price. Courteous staff. When we visited the card machine was not functioning. Recommend to take cash while you visit.Just in case if you don't have cash in handy there's an ATM machine within 50 meters.They also have home delivery.

Cozy place.. don't expect over size restaurants like in India. You will love the food. Reasonably priced considering it's in Phuket. About 200 THB for a daal or 40-60 THB for Indian bread (Roti / Naan). Special highlight, they deliver orders over 500 Baht. If you visit here, try to have some spare time in hand. Before or after the meal, take a walk in the street and you will like many other near by up-market stores. 👌

Deepawali is a fantastic Indian restaurant located just outside the Laguna complex. Our family thoroughly enjoy returning for the Indian cuisine every year we come to Phuket and will visit often during our stay. The restaurant is only small, with outside and inside tables so be sure to book if visiting in peak periods. The lovely waitress has been looking after us for years and always remembers our family and even our favourite dishes and sauces. Highly recommend the onion bhaji, chicken Tikka and the chicken shish kebab curry. We have never had a bad meal in 5 years, always top notch. Thank you very much, see you again before we leave 🙏

Food was really amazing and delicious.There were lot of vegetarian options which was very tasty and the staff was very friendly . Especially one of the staff was very helpful with finding taxi and everything and her name was “ one”. She was one of the friendliest people we met on our trip .

After our dissapointment at Deepavali ( Bangato ) We tried this & the food was really delicious, much better than Bangtao location. The food preparation takes time if you are in a group. Their website states they do 20% off for collection over 500 baht. I called them and they didn't honour this deal. Business with no integrity. Used to eat here often, never will again.

Conveniently located at the exit point of the uber living Laguna area. Small and cozy with a large selection of drinks and wide selection of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. If you fancy a curry abd roti in the comfort of your home, best part is they deliver.

Lovely little restaurant serving food that is bursting with aroma and flavour. We ordered a variety of dishes including appetisers, breads, ride, and curries, all of which were excellent. I particularly liked the chicken vindaloo for which they turned up the heat at my request. Would definitely go again.
