It’s a complicated place, the bad 1. The walls are thin as paper. 2. The internet may not work one day and be great the next. 3. They give you 2 tvs with only Al Jazeera English and no smart tv. 4. You have to pay a cleaning fee when you move out (even though you get 1 cleaning a week ). 5. It’s sounds like a server farm because right next door is a giant home shopping center and all the ac units are next to the building. 6. The rooms are inconsistent, some have nice furniture mine did not, + my bed was the worst bed I ever slept in. The good 1. The staff is great, 2. The rooftop view is amazing . 3. It’s affordable for a long term stay. Solutions : add a Roku to every room, improve your internet routers and for the love of god please fix your beds. If it wasn’t for how nice the cleaning staff and front staff were I would have given this place a 3.5, I am picky about hotels/travel condos, especially when problems can be solved easily and management refuses to.

Great units, fantastic service, convenient location, nice building, tucked nicely away. It’s quiet, clean and with easy access to food and commerce. Perhaps what made the experience most outstanding was the dedication and support of Khun Rainbow, who really made me feel taken care of and everything flow smoothly - a combination of efficiency and friendliness, with such a kind disposition to assist and resolve any issues.

It was very a pleasure to stay here. The staff team are very good specially Rainbow. She helped me a lot since my first day. She made everything easy for me. Everything is good. Pool on rooftop is awesome. Room is very clean. It's good choice for fighters who want to train in Aka, so close. Can't wait to come back again. Tarek

What a pleasure it has been staying at NOON Village. Great sized room, super clean - the cleaners are just amazing and the best damn building manager, Rainbow (you've probably heard the name!) Stayed here for 3 months, so easy going, easy access car park, easy waste disposal and easy communication with Rainbow when we needed anything from getting documents printed to help with visa extension and so much more. Can't thank Rainbow and the staff at NOON enough for providing us with such a seamless and enjoyable experience. When I return to Phuket, I'll be staying here again. Great location, great views from the building and great experience. And coming from the UK, the price is just wow - we get a broken room and bad service for this price back home lol Thanks again!

I have been living here for 4 months, the apartment is modern & clean. The area ia quiet has a nice cafe and near many amenities. The staff and owners are very professional and will help you with anything you need. I would highly reccomend it.

A good place, you can rent a bike right there, there is a guarded Parking on the territory. The polite staff is ready to help in everything. Really love this place. I want to go back there again <3

There are different kind of apartment’s. I took the view apartment at 5th floor. Cute place, little too small. Didn’t have basic equipment like a microwave (we need to heat somehow the food we cook) and a broom to clean the room. The price you have been told is without electricity and “deep clean” at the end of your staying (they told me before it will be like that). The room is getting cleaned once a week, the staff is great and lovely and the location is good.

This place used to be amazing and I had stayed here many times . This time it’s a joke . It’s not as advertised . Now they are charging crazy high prices but it seems they down want to maintain the building . The room - Disgusting and dirty . Bottom of my feet black with dirty walking around when first entered . Heavily stained smelly bed sheets . Toilet stained . The bed is the worst bed ive slept in my life . Had to go and buy a mattress topper from homepro. They aren’t cleaning once a week like they were supposed to . Had to keep chasing the management . - none of the facilities are as advertised . The pool is dirty . There is only 2 sunbeds now which are covered in mould . The gym is empty . They are charging 35000THB+ a month maybe they should reinvest a bit this place is a joke now . When expressing my concern she offered a refund but this is useless as it is the peak of the high season and most other properties are sold out . DLUX condominium down the road might not look as nice from the outside . But it is way better than this joke of a place .

Big scam on electricity bills! I rented the 1 bedroom, I used the A/C only during the night and bill was 3000 THB+!! I have lived in Thailand for many years and there is nothing that can explain those prices. I brought it up to management and they said nothing! Ridiculous! Don't get scammed! I now rent a 3 bed villa and pay less electricity!

I lived in Tower 1 for an entire year. I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is great, right next to Villa Market. Cleaning once a week, security, pool and the staff is also top-notch. Here are some cons that cannot really be improved: I had a corner apartment on the top floor so only had to deal with one neighbor but the walls are very thin so that's quite annoying. I found the bed to be rather uncomfortable. Also, at night, I would often be bothered by the sound of the bar/karaoke on the main street. Despite that, I would have stayed longer if the rent had not increased by a ridiculous amount (35,000 a month, really?).

Tower 1. This place doesn’t have the advertised amenities.Gym is just an empty room with no stuff, only one chair to lie by the pool(?!).I hope that administration will do something with it.People pay money for the DECLARED level of comfort.But there is just good photo and wonderful “story”.

My apartment in "Tower 2" was comfortable, clean and had a well chosen interior design. The staff was friendly and especially Rainbow was always endeavoured to find a solution concering any kind of issue. The location is also really great. There is almost everything you need right next door and with a scooter or car you can easily reach many beautiful spots (public transport is not reliable and taxis are very expensive). Unfortunately there is a constant noise of the air cons of a shopping mall, but during the night it is calm. Compared with many other accommodations in the area this place is not the cheapest (additional charges also have to be taken into account), but the comfort level is noticeably different and a well equipped fitness studio and a nice pool are included.

I lived in the Noon Condos for the past 5 months and loved every minute of it starting with my interactions with Rainbow. She is the best. Always helpful and accommodating. The rest of staff are so lovely as well. Always smiling and kind. As for the unit itself--mine was well placed and very comfortable. I appreciated the cleaning every week. Laundry is right across the road. Easy to rent motorcycles around there. Also, on Monday and Tuesday there is an outdoor market. It's excellent. I will miss that a lot. Thanks to everyone at Noon!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning team do a good job. I’d like to thank one particular cleaning lady, the one with the glasses (it’s my bad I didn’t ask her name) for her kindness and wonderful job. We had to move to a house because of our two young kids. We definitely enjoyed our 3-month stay and would have continued to stay there if we were a couple with no kids.

We stayed there only for one month however the staff and the service was above and beyond, rainbow assisted us with everything we needed and made sure that we will have a pleasant experience. Once again, thank you Rainbow for everything. 👌👌👌
