Amazing transfer! I was delayed and they were still waiting 3 hours later! Legends!! The car was new, driver was polite and kept to the speed limit. Did not use his phone and even stopped for the toilet and to grab a drink!!

I came across Pattayacentral by searching taxi services thru Facebook. It was almost midnight when 2 of my friends decided to go to Pattaya the next day. (Obviously, there's no enough time to book) But, to my surprise, Pattayacentral answered promptly and accommodated my late booking. 🙂 Also, Lexi (the owner and the person I talked too) can speak excellent English which makes the transaction easy and with no hassle of explaining. On our first booking, she gave us an excellent, modern and comfortable car. The driver she assigned to us was also kind. After a few weeks, me and friends have decided to go back to Pattaya for my birthday celebration. This time, we booked van services as we are 5 pax, rabbit pets, and we have so much things.to bring. Lexi gave us a very good service. She even patiently assisted me in paying via creditcard thru Paypal. 🙂 All requests were granted. Normally in other car companies, vans are a little old, tight space, and not in good condition. BUT again, Pattayacentral did not disappoint us 🙂😊 They gave us VIP vans which has very good and clean interior designs. We liked the experience we had with Pattayacentral. It is highly recommended! 👍 NOTE: I just found out that they also offer services all around Thailand. Not just in Pattaya. So yeah, we can book them again for our future travels. READ BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH PATTAYACENTRAL The current market rate for a Suvarnabhumi airport pickup to Pattaya or vice versa is 1,000 Baht. That's what I paid this year. But Pattayacentral charges 1,200 Baht which is 20% above market rate. Use a Thai-owned transportation agency based in Pattaya, not an expat-owned agency like Pattayacentral. If you research online, it's not that hard to find transportation agencies that charge 1,000 Baht. Hope this info helps with your decision.

Always a great service I have used them now many times when travelling to Pattaya doing various pick up and drops off to airports. They are always very nice to myself, Thai girlfriend and her son they do a great job with day trips. Excellent 5 star service always.

Used Pattayacentral's transfer two times. First time sleepy driver took us to a wrong place (this caused us 30min delay as we had to circle around airport area) and 2nd time they said i didn't confirm my order... but of course i did, they just lost it themselves (this caused many stressful phone calls to fix the situation). Both times everything was my fault, of course :) Anycase, there will be no 3rd time.

Used to book about 4/5 trips with Nancy opposite terminal 21 - very efficient and drivers were extremely friendly as well. Staff WhatsApp regularly to keep us updated with everything especially vegetarian food requests etc. Great to book everything at a good price!

use this company every time i come to Pattaya, they have ALWAYS been at the airport when i arrive, the drivers are always smart, friendly and sober (not always the case with other taxi drivers in Bangkok late at night) the cars are modern and clean. and parking/tolls are included in the modest fare (i generally pay parking and toll as the tip) first class service from a first class company. for tours i suggest visiting the kiosk on LK Metro, they are more than happy to help.

Was a quick visit to see if they could book me 4 plane tickets to Chiang Mai and return .. and for me to pay by cash as I was having trouble with my home country credit card double security system .. I couldn't receive a bank code to my temp Thai phone No .. so couldn't pay by card but had no troubles with cash. Well this travel agent had no trouble looking up and booking tickets but the cost was double the normal online cost .. I questioned this especially when purchasing 4 tickets. I was told this is the Commission charge of the company they go through .. I pointed out that this was overly expensive and showed them the airline price on line but was only met with a blank faced smile .. with a 'well can't help you' with that. Sounds like .... I found this to be over the top expensive and unhelpful so we parted ways and I got it sorted very smoothly elsewhere. The reviews I read for them said they had good service .. I bet they did too if no one cared to check and compare direct purchase ticket cost.

Booking trips was so easy and staff were very helpful at pattaya central. My friend and I booked a private tour and were picked up at our hotel in pattaya taken to kantchanaburi by the most amazing 2 guides, gail and poo who are the most friendliest people I have met. They made our trip special took us to places always smiling very knowledgeable we ate some of the best Thai food and fruit, we didn't want to do kayaking so they changed the trip absolutely 5 star service and guide Thank you for such a memorable service 😊 gail brother Jackie also helped on our trip really nice guy :) i would highly recommend this site for booking your trips 😊 out trip was 3 days amd 2 nights we stayed on raft on the river kwai x to wake up on the kwai and watch the sunrise was amazing and sunset too .

Asking the details before pay for the trip. They won't tell u the detail until u ask. We order one island trip, the next day we waited for 1 hrs to get on the boat. And u have to wait for all the others to finish they activities before u can reach the island. So basically u only stay in the island for 1 hour. Not worth. Always ask the detail before buy
