The doctor and his staff were amazing. So nice and caring and really professionals people. I was there for two days and received the best treatment I could ask for. They really know what they’re doing and have all the necessary equipment .and everything is new and clean Highly highly recommend!❤️

The service was exceptional. The nurse who checked me in was incredibly friendly and put me at ease right away. She is exquisitely gentle at curing my wounds. The doctor who treated me was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to problems. Their diagnosis and treatment plan were spot on. I took at least 8 injections that day and do not feel a thing. In addition to the excellent care I received, the clinic itself was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort that clearly went into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients. Overall, I left feeling grateful for the wonderful care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical attention.

Can not recommend this hospital enough. They were absolutely amazing. So quick to get me treated and spoke great English. Had to stay in over night and had my own private room where my partner could stay with me so I wasn’t alone. The nurses and doctor were so lovely and so helpful. Thank you to everyone who helped me!!

We came in for my partner’s clogged ear. He had tried over the counter ear drops and it didn’t clear the clog. He couldn’t hear anything from that ear. As soon as we came to this clinic, we were greeted with friendly smiles and medical staff who spoke great English. They quickly diagnosed the problem and for a very reasonable amount (2000 baht), did a procedure that cleared both of his ears (all without showing any insurance). They removed all the wax and he can hear again and is very happy. We are so grateful for the TakeCare Clinic. They were kind, professional, experts, and communicated very well. We highly recommend them!

It was a very nice experience. I got there with some simptoms of food poisoning and I was really stressed about going to the hospital in Thailand, but the medical service here is at the top level. Fantastic service by “Take care phi phi”. They came all the way from the city to our hotel by speed boat in the middle of the night for our RT PCR test which was very important for us. They understood how important it was for us to get it done and they did not hesitate to come to us even when the weather and sea wasn’t too kind. Thank you❤️🙏🏻

We arrived here with a monkey bite, they immediately reassured us and promised us the best care, They immediately admitted us to the clinic and gave us the best treatment we could get. They were so nice and calm and knew how to treat the children. After that they brought us all the necessary medicine and everyone was really cute here.

Great care. I got an appointment as soon as I walked in the door and felt as if I had the help of the whole staff there with me. The staff was professional and had a good sense of humor. Highly recommend for busy travelers needing a quick appointment. They gave me plenty of medication and instructed me through the whole process. Staff English was excellent as well for us backpackers!

Great experience. Two lovely ladies arrived at my hotel slightly after the designated time. Did my test in a couple of minutes and sent me the RT-PCR results before midnight as promised. Would recommend them to others.

This is an absolutely amazing service. I arrived in the early hours with extreme illness and could barely even walk. The skill and professionalism of all the staff here is exceptional. I went straight in the door, into a bed, and tests and IVs set up right away. The personnel is highly qualified. The prices are good, especially compared to Krabi (about 50% less). Having been treated here, I felt that they were focused on solving my issue rather than getting as much money out of me as possible. An amazing team. Gentle and very attentive care from the 1st moment. They arrived to out hotel room quickly and were super professional throughout the process. My girlfriend had some sort of infection that they identified and treated. They stayed the entire time and didn't leave us until she got better. During the treatment they explained everything and answered every question we had patiently in clear English.

We needed a Covid test 48 before our flight. We walked in and was pleased with the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The facility was extra clean and has ac(that is a plus in Thailand). We were in and out and got the test results quickly. Less than 15 for both my husband and I.

All the staff were amazing. I hurt my foot at the pier, and when I got to the clinic they were very quick to help me. The following day I needed to return to the clinic, they came and collected me in a golf cart as I was unable to walk. They gave me all the papers needed to claim on my insurance.

I was staying in Koh Lanta when my companion tested positive for Covid (I soon tested positive myself). I contacted Dr. pond in his clinic, and he immediately acted, advising me to move to a hotel/hospital isolation facility in Krabi nearby. He arranged everything, including transport, within a few hours. It was very efficient and very reassuring. Thank you, doctor!

This is an absolutely wonderful clinic! I was bitten by a monkey and received quick treatment here at the highest level of world medicine! I was then examined in Singapore and Israel after that - and all the doctors were delighted with the quality of care provided to me in this clinic!! that's great rarity! So grateful for this service. The staff here were so brilliant. I was seen to straight away, so professional and kind. I was in a lot of pain and they did all they could to help me. The doctor was brilliant, explained to me the problem and how it could have been caused. Gave me the antibiotics and painkillers that I needed there and then. Within the next morning I was feeling much better again. Great service and such lovely people.

The staff were very friendly and accommodative despite me bleeding out at their lobby. One of the nurses named Eve was very attentive to me and even helped liaise with the ferry service when trying to deliver medicine to me. Very professional and caring staff.
