7 elevens in general are great, this one is fine, but the employees here suck. The lady helping me didn't ask what I wanted warmed or not warmed. I must have offended her when I asked for her to only heat my sandwich, because she proceeded to stand there staring at her clipboard, no one making eye contact, while they let my toastie burn. They're also the only 7 eleven I've been to that shows attitude when having to break a 1000B note. Just generally unpleasant.

Make sure you check how much you’re being charged. Met with rude attitude when i told her

That old lady at the counter is very disrespectful to customer, keep mumbling about customer in their own language all time with no reason. Very bad experience, she deserves a FIRE🙂

Yesterday night I went to pay for my beer with a thousand Bath and the cashier, a woman started looking at me badly after she asked me if I had a smaller coin but I only had a thousand Bath. At this point he took the beer and glasses and took them out of my hands telling me to leave the shop. After I argued with the girl saying that such a thing had never happened to me in Thailand, usually the people in Thailand are very correct and polite .. Very bad situation

The girl here seems to be hating her job she is answering all questions towards me with so much anger and rude I don't even know why? I could say she is definitely racist towards indian people. The girl with hijab is the one I am mentioning about absolutely ruined my mood for the whole day better do not employe them 7/11 for god's sake!!!!!

Staff SCAM alert - count your change, it was midday and busy, the female attendant short changed me 20b, then continued serving others. It was only after i counted and demanded my change. She smiled and pulled the missing 20b out from under the counter. A delebrate scam on tourists when it's busy to make some fash cash on the side via slight of hand. - staff here are not to be trusted.

I thought Thailand is known for hospitality but this particular store located in front of au nang beach had changed my view completely. You must at any cost avoid this store at all times if you really care about your dignity. There are other 7/11 stores just in walking distance you can check out. This happened past midnight when the girl in hijab at the counter was shouting when we were asking anything. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of that she refuses to microwave the sausage bread giving some weird reason. This was despite the fact other stores nearby were more than happy to warm up any bakery items in the microwave. I will surely report this employee to the higher management soon. Hope they reply if they really care about their brand.

Always helpful, always busy! Very nice employees! They do have a variety of foods, drinks and many other items for vacationing along the beach!! They accept credit cards and cash!

Most rude staff I've met in Thailand. No respect for their customers. Very demanding people.

A quite small seven eleven, overall is ok

They had yogurt, Tylenol, and ice cream which made my sick stomach very happy.
