Huge supermarket with practically everything you need. Essentials are fairly priced. Diverse range of fresh and processed food. Getting a taxi to get here is easy, but getting a taxi to get away from Big C can be a nightmare especially if you are not conversant in Thai. You will have a hard time explaining your location to the driver especially if you get your coordinates wrong. Otherwise i have always loved Big C

Excellent grocery store. Everything is here. The imported sections have everything except quality Salt n Vinegar potato chips. So many different snacks! There is a deli, bakery, dairy section, and even a salad bar! It's a great place to buy food when you get tired of restaurants. Cheap prices on everything except imported products. Deli has tasty pre-made meals for as low as 18 baht. Highly recommend!

This is the biggest supermarket or hypermarket one must visit while in Patong. Big C Extra Jungceylon is located right in the middle of the vibrant area of Patong Beach and in connection to the famous Jungceylon Shopping Centre. They have everything from groceries to garments, to household appliances etc. Whether you are locals or tourists, Big C Extra is the best place to shop to your heart's content. Visited in Jul 22 n Jan 23 and on both occasions, we had no problem catching tuk tuk or taxis to and from Big C Extra which we found super convenient.

This is the famous hypermarket in the patong area. Now it's closing at 10 pm. You need to bring your own bag to carry the items you buy, or you can pay 8 baht to buy one plastic bag from them. When you finish, do not throw the receipt because sometimes they do a check up at the exit of the market itself. Also you need it to get free parking 3 hours ((in case your bill 200 baht or more)).

Big C is a large chain hypermarket. You can find all kinds of gadgets in it. Here you can buy Thai souvenirs too. Fresh fruits are sold here, and there is also a large booth for selling alcoholic beverages. The prices here are very good and there are always a lot of customers. (Photos and videos were taken in different years and on different trips)

Good place to pick up some local cut fruits which I feel is slightly cleaner than those sold at roadside stall or nearby wet market. You can also pick up local snacks and souvenirs here to bring back home.

Big C has everything you need whilst in Patong. At the back of Jungcyleon shopping mall. Good prices & probably the biggest department store in Patong

Since the safe was closed, someone else could open it. I waited 15-20 minutes just to get change from the cash register. After 15-20 minutes, the staff who opened the safe came. He didn't even apologize for keeping us waiting.

Located in the mostly closed JungCeylon shopping center, but the Big C is still fully operational. Had all the snacks, drinks, pastries, and personal items we were needing. Reasonable prices. BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR RECEIPT READY WHEN LEAVING.

Great superstore with variety of choices. We actually did all our souvenier shopping here as it was more relaxing than the street stalls outside trying to pressure you, with a fixed price which is actually same or cheaper than what you can haggle outside with the hawkers. The quality was much better. Also bought cooking ingredients, spices and basic essential items.

In a nutshell, it is the Walmart of Phuket. My hotel was adjacent to this supermarket and I could just pop over for anything I needed. The one stop shop for everything from food to electronics to cosmetics to house supplies and everything in between!

The prices are absorbent. The items are not stocked up. The staff are scarce. When you do find a staff, and ask them anything, they do not answer you and pretend you do not exist. I will never go there as items are not replenished and there are stacks of boxes stacked and no one bothers to do the top up for days. Horrible.

Cool hyper market, you can find everything there, but I was not so satisfied with variety of cool sweets (like chocolate bars, candies and so on), but it’s fine, a lot of drinks, ice cream, meat, bakery, fruits, vegetables, we bought cut mango, yogurt and so on You will be satisfied with it. Thanks for reading my review 🥹

The whole mall is closed but Big C is open. The prices are acutally on the higher end. Can skip coming here as the mall is under reno and doesnt make sense to come all the way here

i think the prices were quite okay, ofc some things are cheaper outside and in 7/11. But there is a lot of choice, great selection

We bought a lot of snacks as souvenirs at Big C. Cheap and a great selection of made in Thailand goodies. It is clean and easy to shop there. Aisles are wide and the people are super friendly. Nearby is a night market (food) which we went to twice. All in all a great and easy access place. Enjoy!

The only place u can buy affordable goodies back to your country. Never trust the pharmacy outside big c. Almost double the price outside. Save a lot getting medical products there.

Big C is a one-stop shopping destination that offers a wide range of products, including electronics, fresh produce, Thai souvenirs, and alcoholic beverages. It's a large chain hypermarket that provides customers with an abundance of options to choose from at competitive prices.

Nice grocery store with lots of selection. The chocolate banana bread I got was kind of stale though.

Reasonable supermarket, although the wine sales were odd, i went to the check out at 4.45pm as i invited friends to my apt for a drink. oops, no wine and spirits sales until 5.00pm. Extraordinary rule in a country that is otherwise extremely liberal
