Ear infection. Before going to the hospital I read the reviews of the clinics in ko so about the high price. So I went to the pharmacy in two medicines they tried to charge me 950 bath. So I went to the hospital, the consultation cost 500 and three medicines, two antibiotics and one ear drop only 250. That’s right, I spent 750 on the appointment and was very well attended! If you have any problems, the best solution is to go straight to the hospital even with an appointment at the end, it’s cheap! And the service is very good.

I came here with an ear infection. They got me the proper antibiotic and were very kind and professional. The owner of my hostel said this is the best place on the island to go for medical care. The best care and the best price.

I came to this hospital with a deep cut in the leg and they made me 7 stiches. The staff was very nice and friendly, treatment is good and also the prices of the treatment are very reasonable. The problem is that 3 months after the treatment i started to have pain, swelling and inside bleeding under the stiches. I went to an hospital in my country, they cut a bit the area and removed 3 small stones that were inside the leg. It means that in koh tao hospital they didnt check my injury and the open wound good enough before they did the stiches. Dear hospital team, Please be more careful with other patients! Thank you.

(Translated by Google) My daughter had to have a blood test checkup to monitor the course of the Dengue fever taken in Cambodia during our trip. Despite it being Saturday, we solved everything in less than two hours and without a reservation. Super efficient medical and nursing staff, new hospital (inaugurated in July 2017) and well equipped, with first aid and surgery. A notice posted at the reception indicated that a hyperbaric chamber will also be operational from 2018.

Went here to check a broken rib, nice staff. But the x-ray machine was broken and even though i said that I needed an x-ray when I arrived they only told me after I had the general consulting. So had to pay 500 bath for basically nothing.

In and out within an hour. Quick, efficient and 580baht to see a Dr and get three prescriptions for inflammation/allergy. Drs English not the best, needed to repeat a few times and could easily be miscommunication but friendly staff. Pharmacist English very clear and safe.

Trust me, take your money to any clinic, don’t spend it here.

(Translated by Google) infected with covid19 in Koh Tao Received treatment here. It's an excellent hospital. The staff are attentive and helpful, listening to the problems of the servants, the ideal hospital for all servants. We got there in the morning, without any problem met doctor, discussed everything, made covid test, blood test, X-RAY, met doctor one more time, get information about my problem and recommendations, and even pills exactly follows quantity and plan of my recover. Thank you!

(Translated by Google) We were in the hospital because of a bacterial infection and were admitted to the hospital. The staff speaks very little English. The treatment itself was okay, but the discharge was a disaster. After the overnight stay we first waited 3 hours for the doctor. The communication with our insurance company in Germany and the hospital did not work at all from the hospital side, so that after another 3 hours of waiting we had to make advance payments at the end. Unfortunately, we didn't have that many days here on the island and ultimately even fewer. The hospital is absolutely not recommended in our opinion. You don't feel understood, no matter how hard you try to explain something in "simple English". It's a shame how much time we lost as a result. Next time we'll think again about going to the hospital in such a case, if that's the only way it can work. Stay healthy! Bleibt gesund!

Was treated for some convulsion and loss of counsciouness there. Very professionnal and competent staff. English was not an issue. Thank you to everyone, both doctors and nurses.

I got the rabies vaccine there several months ago. I had some concerns about the validity of the vaccine and sent several emails to which nobody responded. Which makes me question a lot of things about this hospital and the types of vaccines they use.
