I don't like being followed around by a person that does NOT speak English... Can't talk to me, can't explain the product to me and can't answer my questions... So, why are you following me around... Every department should have 1 English speaking sales clerk... So, when foreigner is shopping this 1 sales clerk who can speak English can help...

I went in the store today to buy a number of things including white goods. From the moment we entered we were hassled by staff constantly even interrupted when I was talking to my partner. In the end we just left the store to shop elsewhere. It was claustrophobic between 1 and 3 staff following you and trying to interfere. Never again. I will state though it is very good in other respects.

Sells just about every thing a home needs from screws and nails to washing machines. Plenty of shop assistants to help you find what you want without trying to sell you something you don't want. Definitely worth a visit. We got just about everything here when we were setting up home

Yes has limited stock of most things, but it's a tiny store (and only one of them in the area), compared to those in many other (smaller catchment area) cities, e.g. Chiang Mai, where they have three, all of which dwarf this one. I wait until we're up there and load the truck - because they have the cheap options available here but also mid & top quality.

This is my favorite home improvement supercenter in Udon Thani. They seem to carry higher quality merchandise, but at reasonable prices. The service and staff here is generally better than at any of the other super centers. I've spent lots of money over the years here and I'm always happy to go back, even if it means dealing with the road construction on the Ring Road.

Got everything I needed, also has good food at Kitchen Plus.
