In sauna was dark and hot and some showers with cold water outside. There was not a lot of people. No herbs, but there are two small very hot steam rooms separate men and women. You must rent their sarong and they'll get mad if you walk around in a bikini. I got a massage, which was amazing, but probably too intense as my shoulder was in a lot of pain after.

Where it is unique place. The steam sauna is in the forest, next to a lake taken care by monks. They use some kind of herbs in the steam sauna that make is authentic. It is definitely worth while to try.
