Oh my god! I can’t believe how rude the staff can be! I love this place, coffee is awesome and food as well, but seevice is a disaster! We order about 6-7 things, we got an extra carrot juice and we thought this was comming in a set with the eggs benedict. The waitress came super rude asking for the money, we explained this was served to us and we thought we paid for it, that’s why we drank it, but the attitude was AWFUL saying: you drank it, pay it. I wouldn’t mind to pay for it, but if you make a mistake you can’t come and treat customers (me and my family of 60+ years old were eating here, we’re not drunk tourists coming with a bad attitude). After she came and in a very rude way took of the glass with what was left. You’ve lost a customer today, not coming back.

Very nice large coffee shop. It is modern and inviting. You can sit comfortably inside and outside. There is a good selection of tasty specialty coffees and delicious homemade pastries. The staff is very friendly. It is a great place to relax. My recommendation

hello indigo. you have to listen to feedback from your food. because of the high traffic, convenient location, large flow of tourists, and beautiful interior, you live in a different reality. in a reality where you do not need to cook deliciously. once again I come to you in the hope that something has changed, but the food is getting worse. I want you to eat the food that you bring out to the guests. it is food prepared either with the feet or in a very drunken state. not to be unfounded, I will show you a report of what I ordered, for example, today, and what was not eaten. The first is egg Benedict. disgusting overcooked potatoes in oil, an egg from which almost no yolk leaked, a terrible vomitous hollandaise sauce - the most important thing in this dish. ate half an avocado bread and three lettuce tomatoes. next is shakshuka. hell, you don't have a clue what it's supposed to taste like, were you in good shape when it was served? terrible. Caesar salad is generally some kind of unfunny joke, we almost didn’t touch it, something vile and fried in batter. your coffee tastes like 7/11. i posted an instagram story tagged you and wrote that the food was disgusting and at least five of my friends who have lived on the island for a very long time wrote to me that you cook disgusting, but no one can influence you. I want you to personally taste your food and answer honestly to yourself the question - did you like it or not? I also want to convey to tourists, and those who have never been in indigo, stop bringing them money and maybe then they will understand that people are animals and you don’t need to feed them so badly.

We came here after reading reviews about amazing vegan cakes. Presentation is great, but taste wise it was from meh to disappointing. Also staff attitude could have been more welcoming, we felt like they just want us to pay and leave asap. Except for the guy, he was sweet ❤️

Super relaxed energy here with people always working upstairs. The menu is massive with something for everyone from vegans to meat lovers. The coffee and tea here is excellent and the service is always good. The staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient with plenty of parking. This is a great place to go on a coffee date. I love the aesthetics.

What a fantastic place, modern, clean, and the best dessert and coffee by far! The peanut date balls are out of this world, we had to go back and I bought 6! They should give 1 free with drinks instead of the biscuits, this would push sales up for the date balls, which are the true hereo here Yummy!

Definitely one of our favorite spots on the island, when you want a timeout! Great wine and coffee and perfect spot for some people spotting! Much recommended!

WOW! This was easily one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to…and I’ve been to a lot of them! Indigo Cafe is a large, inviting coffee shop with friendly employees who add to the atmosphere even more. Easily some of the best cold brew coffee. I got the Signature Tom Yum Cold Brew, and I know it sounds odd, but the lime, lemongrass and mint add SO MUCH to the cold brew. It doesn’t taste like the soup so don’t be turned off for that reason! It’s just super good! 😂 If you’re not looking for that, there are so many other good-looking cold brews, coffee drinks, juices, smoothies, and actual food. We also got a pistachio/cherry tart which was also extremely good. Everything on the menu looked super healthy (honestly a rarity in much of Thailand). We will definitely be coming back when we are customers! We will not forget this place! EDIT: Came back the following morning, and ordered the Spicy Mango Cold Brew which was just as good as the Spicy Tom Yum Cold Brew! What an awesome place!! 🤩

Good food and coffee for a high but OK price. A single toilet for like 100+ customers spoils the overall good impression TOTALLY! For this price level I expect at least 3 toilets EACH for gents and ladies, not a single one where everyone needs to queue. I mean, are you serious?

Always come for the pleasant design of the shop and always disappointed by my experience. Price high, food soso and most unfriendly staff of the island. This time wanted something easy Tea and Chocolate cake. 1/ only fancy tea that I don’t like. No basic English breakfast tea 2/ took the Mascarpone rocher, that should be cream and chocolate, no they add coffee… 3/ fresh orange juice (more like Makro juice) 4/ then the cashier attitude: arrogance and incompetence at her best…

Great cafe, either for work space (recommend upstairs) or a relaxed coffee. Good WiFi. Has indoor and outdoor seating, selection of nice pastries, lunch menus and drinks. Great selection of loose herbal teas. Would not recommend the Rose. Prices on the high side.

These breakfasts from Indigo are so wonderful. Berry Bliss is so fresh and delicious. Espresso on ice this increase my energy for all day. If you want something intense more than Americano I suggest you try this cup. Indigo is a large cafe and have a nice view good for vegetarian and everyone. This is a landmark in Phangan everyone can go to!

Great coffee if youre a coffee lover! We asked for a strong one and it was... :) We only came for a coffee early in the morning but we could see everything looks so good! Will definitely come back!

Look: 8/10 Taste 5/10 Looks better than it tastes We had Egg‘s Benedict and a Mango Sunrise Bowl. The bowl was okay but for the price a bit small. The Egg’s Benedict was cooked way to short so the egg white was still very liquid. The guacamole already went a bit brown, it seemed like it wasn’t made fresh. The salad on the side was soggy as well. What we have to say is, the coffee was one of the best we had in Koh Phangan!

Enjoyed my morning meeting sharing a freshly baked strawberry & blueberry Danish (crispy edges, chewy inside, yummy custard) + my first taste of a Raspberry croissant (giant enough for 2!), washed down with a lovely, hot cinnamon latte (needs no sugar as coarsely ground cinnamon lends its natural, spicy sweetness). Love the original Indigo in Hin Kong, this branch is even better. Great new space with quiet, air conditioned second floor flooded in natural light. speedy strong WiFi for working & free drinking water. Super central location right in the centre of Thong Sala.

We came during a very busy part of the day but the service was still great and the food and drink was delicious 😀 They let us know when ordering that the wait was longer than usual, it took around 20 minutes to get our food which we thought was perfectly reasonable! The latte was really tasty, the French baguettes was fresh, crispy and soft and the falafel wrap was great! A lot more food than we expected for the price!
