Natcha was extremely helpful and accommodating in explaining to us all the various differences in diamonds and ring settings (even with me being on FaceTime). On top of that the price was extremely competitive and I definitely felt like I got a very good value for what I paid. Edit: Also it's worth mentioning the store was very clean!

My partner then had a ring size taken and had a look at the ring in platinum colour. We have chosen Rose Gold. Then they emailed me with pictures of the bare ring before mounting diamonds.
