Original glaze is a must to have every time we have this brand.

Krispy Kreme located at Siam Paragon (ground level) is convenient and by the pedestrian crossing. The range of donuts are clearly displayed behind the glass window. The special donuts has the collaboration with Twinning tea. Tried the orange earl grey donut but there wasn’t much taste of tea. Plus points for making a normal donut looked nice and attractive:)

original donut is wonderful. The chocolate one I had the frosting isn't quite right. I have run into this problem before at other donut places. That might just be how they do it in Thailand. The coffee was also not very good. I got a latte and it was mostly milk.

During Peak or when crowded, expect donuts to go out of stock! And customer expected to wait more than one hour just flr stock to replenish again... V Dissapointing.. Mgmt you should anticipate, plan ahead and do better.

they often misunderstand your order, I had this happening at least 3 times here. I ordered 1 donut but they tried to make me pay for 2 donuts, they gave my donuts to other customer, etc. Be extra careful here.

I have to say that the glazed variety was not as good as the USA. We had the chocolate custard one and it was room temperature.

Fantastic service and great coffee. I am lucky to have met with the person who offers great service even this is a counter service. He made the coffee with heart and it's an amazing coffee. Speaks English and feedback responsively. Today Krispy Kreme has special offer 3 donut 105. I happen to grab 3 of the tasty donuts. Coffee is good taste and nice to sit here at the long day walk at Siam Paragon. Will come back again just to appreciate the better service. Top staff.

Closed an hour early on a Saturday for no reason. Annoying!

A well known chain of donut shop. The donuts were awesome especially original graze. But the coffee was something terrible. The service was quite slow for making a cup of coffee. Few table behind the shop with electric plug, suitable with your laptop.

As the hk branches were all closed, I’m so happy to see the shop here. They even have the special shinchan donut edition. Even on the weekdays, there is a queue outside the shop. You probably have to wait 3-5mins for it.

Sells the best but also most expensive donuts of all the commercial places. Coffee is decent, staff was friendly but rather slow

Does all the things a Krispy Kreme should. Could be a three star for average or a five star for perfect, which would mean kind-of the same thing.

Worst Krispy Kreme in the World I ever had, I always put Krispy Kreme as the best donuts I ever had as living in Asia. always have high expectation for this brand but this place destroy it. Need quality check, flavor check, batter check, ingredient check, pls

Lucky to have been among the recent tasters of Krispy Kreme’s salted egg doughnut. While I love salted egg chips, in Krispy Kreme, the honey glazed doughnut is still my no 1.

Typical sized Krispie Kreme mall outlet with adequate seating for around 20 people. Nice barista serving, but really slow in preparing our drinks, taking over 10 minutes to make w coffees. Presentation wasn’t that special either, but the Mocha and Caramel Macchiato were the usual very high standard.
