Lady Personnel in Their showroom at Silom road are very rude. We bought two chains. On next day we found the lock of one of them uncomfortable. So i went back for lock replacement. Despite having thousands of such chains and bracelets, They flatly refused. After much request offered some very big lock for huge price which obviously anyone would decline. Aftersale service is a complete mess here. Better try some other showroom

I only bought gold jewelry here because of its trustworthy reputation. Apart from that solely advantage, Their customer services and selections of design style, can be considered as poor. Every salesperson is always busy, either talking among themselves, or managing stocks, absolutely no one would care of talking to you. I gently request the nearest two salesperson twice to take a look at one of bracelet, they didn't even care to look up, not mention about asking for information, hardly get ones from them.

The customer service representative is giving some okay information via phone call. However, her tone of voice is really irritating and about to annoy all incoming customers for sure. We decided to ask and purchase some big amount of gold, and asked for some informative questions, but she looked annoyed and did not seem to want giving customers info as her job. I do not know why and this happened multiple times.

Come here if you want to experience racism and prejudice. This is very popular gold shop, but the customer experience, if you're a foreigner, is the worst you can get in Thailand. White people are very clearly not welcome here. It's really a pity.

I have purchased gold at this store a number of times. It is a very reputable store. It is ALWAY very busy and you are likely to be wait up to an hour. It’s worth it though. Thai gold is 96.5% pure and a solid hedge investment. This is why so many Thais buy and sell gold. Western gold is expensive not for the gold quantity but for the cost of labour to craft it. Thai gold is very simple crafting and has a very high resale value because almost all of the cost is in the gold, not the craftsmanship.

Price on door for the day! 2.5-3% service charge. Doesn’t speak anything but Thai. So bring a translator.

Horrible gold shop, scammers selling fake gold. I bought earrings here that the seller said was 18K but when I went to sell it in the US two jewelers told me it was fake gold.. it was not gold at all more less gold plating. It was very embarrassing. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be scammed. All other posters here that say it’s original are fake reviews

The front of HSH goldsmith shop at night. It turns to be a calendar shop. It's more than an ordinary calendar. The lady sells calendars that saying what are good days to conduct good ceremony and what days to avoid. This is a big part of Chinese culture.

No reason to line up and waste time to get terrible service because they know you will buy once you spent 2 hours lining up. The quality or styles are not special to this place at all , thai people just wanna say they bought from this place for the name.

Be careful with your belongings when parking your motorbike on the soi. Helmets are stolen, police are aware but they don't take any action, the shop have 2 cameras on the soi but they will not care not help to check CCTV
