Nike Factory Store, feels bigger than adidas store located nearby. Have lots of shoes to choose from in a discounted price. Have to come frequently to check new items every month. Good experience.

Poor customer service, staff would stand there laughing for no reason instead of helping people out with their problems. The way they treated their customers was disrespectful and unpleasant. Would not recommend this place for anyone and definitely won’t return.

When I visit here, there was on promotion. Extra discount 30% / 40% each 3 / 4 pieces. I asked the staff for a special request. Thanks for helping me. I got new pants reasonably price!!

Big shop , more items selection

Staff member asks everyone at the checkout to sign up to Nike Rewards via QR code and automatically get %10 off. The QR code doesn't work and the sign up has a bug because everyone gets a registration failed message or error message. But the staff insist on wasting each customer's time attempting this - leading to lines at the counter. Stupid process, no discount received anyway. It's a shame because the store is quite cool with a decent selection of gear.

The discount price of clothing is not much different. Some hidden gem in shoes area with multi promo with good price that yoi can spend much time to find.

Good selection, similar setting as the on in Beaverton (HQ). Had a good Black Friday shopping time.
