The place is quite new, clean, and neat. Give you a peaceful environment with good working wifi. Decorated in wooden traditional thai style. Shower with good pressure and good hot water. Breakfast in the garden.

The residence itself is very nice, cozy. Far good to stay. Staffs are very kind. But there is a bar or local pub just next to the residence which makes annoying noise until over midnight.

Best accommodation in Tak by far. Only issue is the bar next to the property, which could be slightly bothersome at night. Stunning garden with waterfalls which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Located near Ping River, very quiet and serenity. Green nature and beautiful teak house designed, giving a homie feeling. Large room with spacious bathroom. Good to travel with family or a solo. Enjoy the nature with a short distance to River Ping.

We have just checked in here for one night for Aud $38. What a shock a beautiful place to stay only 9 rooms on the second floors of three teak houses. Extremely peaceful but outstandingly clean and definitely the best value for money in 3 months here.

Friendly staff. Good parking. Nice room, environment and breakfast ! Place location near main road.

Flawless stay. Beautiful facility. One of the best places i stayed in Thailand. Everything was top notch. As for downsides - the hotel is located near a relatively busy road and some minimal road noise can be heard. The hotel driveway entry sign can be a bit hard to see so once you get close you need to pay an extra attention. My room rate did not include breakfast but you can order one for 250B. I guess majority of guests opted out as the restaurant did not appear to be in use during my stay. The hotel required 1000B key deposit which i thought was a bit on excessive side but not a big deal overall. I would certainly recommend this place and if I am ever back in Tak this will be my 1st choice.
