It's located 51km north of Betong Town. Quite far but worth visiting. Stopped here when travelled to Pattani via Route 410.

We didn't stop for long here as it started to rain. There is a lookup point further 1km with breathtaking view.

Great view across the bridge especially when its not cloudy. Great pit stop for you to rest in between Route 410 but there are no stalls on site, best to pack some heading there. It can be scorching hot so get your shades and caps out. Grab your phones, cameras and snap some for memories’ sake.

Unlike msia, u are allowed to stop by and chill in the middle of the bridge. It is a famous bridge in Yala, more like a tourism place instead!

8th January 2024 - Returning after more than a year. Today, I rode my bike to the viewpoint at the hill top. The scenery is much better than from the bridge. 31st December 2022 - On our to Betong from Songkhla, we stopped to take some photos. This round, the water level is much higher. We normally stop over on our way to Yala or Betong. This is no bad place to snap a few photos as the scenery is pretty good. In fact, this place is pretty popular among the bikers or rather a pitstop for bikers.

The Bang Lang Dam, also known as the Pattani Dam, is a multi-purpose hydroelectric dam in the Bannang Sata District of Yala Province, Thailand. It was the first multi-purpose dam developed in Thailand's southern region. The dam impounds the Pattani River, creating the Bang Lang Reservoir
