They offer very delicious cheese cakes I consumed once and it was a delivery by Ubereats. An ideal place to hangout with friends. Now there are two floors available. Cozy and comfortable to sit and talk while enjoying some meal. Chocolate Milk Shake, Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Shake Frappe, Nutella Milkshake and Cinnamon Iced Tea are the favorites of mine here. Customer service is good and polite. People use to come here and talk with friends for hours. Prices are reasonable. I didn't see a parking lot but, I think there is some space outside. No wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking available.

Edit: I always visit here and have been regular customer. Their AC’s are ancient and never works. Like all the time I go it’s broken and someone is repairing. They must replace all their AC’s. And their washroom you can never go. It always stinks. The furniture is ancient and looks unclean. Only good thing is their food. Food is amazing. Upstair AC is not working.

Have been here a few times. The food is alright, they taste fine. Most recently I tried a pizza and some drinks. The ambiance looks great and the staff is friendly. Giving it 4 starts because the prices seemed not worth so. (IMO)

Recently visited there with my spouse and we had a pleasant experience. We called just ten minutes before arriving and they were kind enough to make a reservation for us. The person who was on the phone was really helpful and supportive. They follow COVID health guidelines, all the employees wear masks and keep a one-meter distance. The ambience inside the restaurant was cosy and welcoming. They have reserved a table for us but upon arrival, we asked for a comfy sofa and they were happy to arrange that for us. One of the most intriguing things was how they present the menu, and how we could place the orders. They gave us an iPad with a menu loaded as an app and it was really easy to navigate through the menu, and select items we like. We could directly place the order from the iPad which was convenient for both us and the employees. We tried burger and spaghetti with coffee, all the dishes were delicious. Spaghetti had a nice spicy flavour with hints of herbs and the sauce was spot on. Burger had crispy buns and fresh tomatoes and cucumber with chicken. All and all we enjoyed the time and the food and highly recommend this place.

Good customer service. The location is nice. They have smart devices for place the order from the table itself. Not happy with the food at all. The coffees ordered were good. Very disappointed about the rice ordered. The burger was quite okay but not high in quality. Took few minutes to find a parking place.

Was there a while back. The place was quite cozy and comfortable. Nice place to hangout or meetups with friends, or even do some work with your laptop. Friendly and attentive staff. The service was excellent. Food and beverages were average, nothing to complain but have seen better. The prices were above par with similar places. Overall it was a nice experience to say the least.

Cafe Noir, at first sounds like a blend of French with Italian drive. But the Cafe Noir in Sri Lanka, we see it very differently. Just look that difference and taste their speciality from your own by visiting the Café Noir.

It's a great place to hang out. Really friendly and courteous staff and the menu is quite nice with lot of vegetarian options too which I loved. I will certainly visit again 😊

They have best tastes of dishes. Normally I try their pastas. But last time I decided to go for their pizza range. Their pizza also so great ant worthy. One of the best cafes I've been in Sri Lanka ❤️. Foods were amazing. Very Delicious. Nutella milkshake was my favourite. Ordering with a menu in ipad gave us a modern cafe experience in Sri Lanka. The service was great and the staff is very friendly. If you want to have a classy night with your friends or family, this is the best cafe for you. The only problem was parking. We have to park our car on the other side of the road because parking space was not enough. Even if have to face problems with your parking, it'll all disappear when you enter into the cafe. The mood changing good music will come through your ears and all your problems will go away. Then you will have a great welcome from the staff members and one of them will give you the ipad and menu will be there. Then you order the foods and you will have to wait about wait for about 20 minutes and foods will be brought by a staff member. If you want more foods, all you have to do is just tell the staff member who brought your order. You can be there for hours. That's your call. If you are planning to go there, just try the Nutella Milkshake and the Chicken Burger. 😋😌💙🌿Thank you.

Horrible for the price, ordered a spaghetti carbonara, it was almost bone dry, no cheese sauce, and it was 1400rs from Uber eats! I've had carbonara which we're so much better for half the price. Overrated.

Cosy coffee house with a 70's vibe to it. The decor and the furniture is placed in an interesting and artistic way that's both cosy and welcoming. The lighting also adds to this effect. Their tablet based ordering system is efficient and futuristic which gives a surreal feeling with the contrast to the decor. The staff are courteous and prompt. Great place for a coffee or a casual meal, or perhaps to even chill with a good book!

This would be an ideal place for a small meetup between friends. The food portions are excellent as it fills you up. The car park is located opposite of the establishment.

These were pictures taken at Cafe Noir a few years back. Back then it seemed alright I guess cos there weren't many cafes around. The food was alright, super overpriced even back then. A plain old lime juice was over 500/= (this was maybe 5 years ago) . Only things I liked were their sweet potato fries and their Cheesecake. Service and ambience were alright too I guess. Overall, it was just....alright 😅 I hope they've gotten better over the years

With sadness I rate four stars simply because your staff has forgotten all health precautions. My coffee was made by someone without a mask almost breathing into it. None of the staff wore mask and I believe they are not the same people who had served me in the past two years. Well I had to discard the coffee. i just ordered lunch from you (masala chicken with rice and buttered vegetables). the meal was disgusting. chicken was like just boiled and put into hot water with chili powder. it's the worst chicken curry i have ever had. there was only 4 carrot cubes and few capsicum cubes. i will not recommend this meal to any other customer

visited recently, place is good for hangout. seen lot of good reviews and beautiful dishes so went to try some. food is ok not bad i've ordered a club Sandwich bit of negative about french fries served, they just seems old or fried without a care no crisp taste and hard to bite i felt they were cooked yesterday (i dont know much what im saying from my experience) pasta is fine and tasty. 3rd floor ac is not conditioned comapred to 2nd floor. all the maintenance need to improve may be they've opened after corona outbreak recently or after sinhala-hindu new year, that's why. overall place is good my experience was not as much i expected. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING.

Staff were quite friendly. But the worst food I've had in a restaurant. Had buffalo wings and they were so soggy, probably reheated in a microwave. We are never visiting again.

It has a great ambience. Perfect place for a catch up with friends or a date night. They do have a small car park as well. But when we were there, most of the items in the menu are not available to the point we have to ask what is available. Food is okay. Some rice dishes can do with more gravy. Prices are expensive.

All good except for the menu! They have only one ipad for the menu and it takes forever to get the menu. If they can't afford an extra couple of ipads, why can't they print it on a piece of paper? Waited for around 15 minutes just to get the menu! Food was amazing, but whole vibe was destroyed with their stupid menu.

The ambience is really good unless they are in a cooking process(gets bit smoky). We happened to buy blackcurrant smoothie and hot chocolate drink since they were out of most options in the menu. The drinks were outstanding and the vibe was not bad.

This place quality has gone down. When this was opened, it was good. I recently went. I must say the location maintenance is terrible. The 3rd floor smell so bad. It's impossible to sit there. The 2nd floor does not have AC. Furniture can be placed better. We ordered some drinks and some dishes. The food did not have any flavor and wasnt well cooked. The juice was actually good. The service isnt bad. But again location is terrible. Parking available for 4 vehicles only. 1 infront of the cafe and 3 opposite side space.
