Very tasty and properly baked fries. Potatoes very well chosen. Friendly and interesting interior of the premises. A wonderful location surrounded by the historic landmarks of the beautiful city center of Haarlem.

Every time I am in The Netherlands I make a point of stopping by here for a portion of the world's best fries. Seeing the owner succeed in her business through hard work and fantastic service warms my heart.

Absolute best fries in Netherlands or maybe Europe. Since we are vegan, we only had fries with Ketchup, but still absolutely amazing. The fries are still mushy on the inside and you can really feel and taste the potato, but super crispy and golden on the outside. Even the skin is still on, and just so good damn good. We came back to Haarlem a second time just for the fries mainly. The Ketchup was also fabulous, sweet and juicy and rich and perfect. Ten out of ten experience, and the women serving it was super kind and friendly.

If you have a craving for really delicious fries, you should visit the Friethuis de Vlaminck. The fries are exactly how they should be: nice and crispy on the outside, while soft and tasty on the inside. This snack bar makes fresh fries on a daily basis and also offers a good variety of sauces such as tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and Joppie sauce. If you like tangy Asian peanut sauce, try their fries with warm saté sauce! The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and you can sit outside to eat your fries.

Absolutely perfect. Menue isn't overloaded with things, just right. Prices are fair, 3,90€ for large (huge portion) fries. The owner is commited to her business, super friedly and courteous. I'ld recommend the truffel mayo.

👏🏻👏🏻 very nice place for typical Dutch potato chips / Pommes frites with different options for sauce. As newbies we didn’t know much about any of the sauces and snacks. But the girls at the counter explained it all and described it so well, that we couldn’t resist and try. Absolutely worth it. Our favorite - the house Special sauce with onions. We keep coming back to this place!

Love this place. We have had fries about 2-3 times from here and enjoyed ourselves. Of course the incoming of customers is always on the higher side here and hence the wait time. Last time I waited 22 minutes for the fries ! Wish that was little faster, but we still go, cause we like the fries here

Het beste frietjes van Holland. I have been living in Haarlem for 2 years and tried this place many times. The fries were always perfect, crunchy outside and creamy inside.

Very simple, but also very tasty. It's not pricy and the quality of the food is good and the employees are very friendly. The right place if you just want to have a snack.

I've been here on several visits and believe this to be an excellent local fries shop; the opening hours are much more convenient the several local competitors and there is a very wide assortment of snacks (including different styles of mayo's and sauces). The fries are fresh (aka ferm and dry), I've found on several occasions and other dishes such as the Kapsalon are freshly made which includes the salade. The personal is correct and polite. Both the in- and outside of the shop seem spacious enough considering the location and sunny if the weather is good.
