I
called
to
ask
how
to
book
a
12
person
boat
with
a
prepaid
card
(aka
10-hour
card
in
the
English
website).
I
was
told
that
i
have
to
book
online.
The
person
on
the
phone
didn't
check
the
detail
of
my
prepaid
card.
I
booked
online
and
got
an
email
asking
if
i
accept
to
start
30
minutes
ahead.
But
there
was
no
detail
about
the
size
of
the
boat
in
the
email.
I
replied
to
confirm
the
time
change
but
i
didn't
ask
why
there
is
no
other
detail.
I
invited
11
people
from
Eindhoven,
houten
and
Dordrecht.
When
we
arrived,
we
realized
that
only
a
6
person
boat
was
booked
for
us.
A
lady
staff
claimed
that
on
the
website
it
stated
that
it's
only
for
six
person
boat
which
i
don't
see
this
remark.
I
asked
her
to
show
me
this
description
from
their
monitor
in
the
office.
She
said
"why
don't
you
check
via
your
mobile?"
Instead
of
showing
me
the
proof.
A
young
staff
admitted
that
it
could
be
a
bug
on
the
website.
I
appreciate
his
honest
attitude.
The
other
staff
called
the
manager.
Unfortunately
a
six
person
boat
is
the
optimal
offer.
In
the
end
we
split
into
two
groups
that
we
can't
enjoy
the
time
all
together.
The
weather
and
city
view
were
perfect.
The
staff
explained
the
rules
well.
But
it's
better
to
double
check
with
them
in
advance
if
you
travel
from
far
away
for
this
experience.
