If you're looking for an amazing burger, look no further than Whataburger. The jalapeño ranch is a must for ranch lovers, and the fries are crispy and delicious. This is one of my favorite chains, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Was late night. We ordered ahead. Although busy they never even started our order until we went inside and let them know we were there. It’s somewhat understandable but the frustration on the crews part and how my food as thrown in bag and no ketchup were why they get 3 starts today.

I remember the original Whataburger at 36th and May Avenue. I ate there all through high school at NW Classen. There was always that authentic Whataburger taste and we could even smell it blocks away floating out of the triangular shaped roofs and a shaded drive-up area. I have attached the closest picture that I could find of it. In my opinion Whataburger is one of the best fast food burgers still on the market.

Always forgets food. Literally just need to pay attention to the order Photo of my “large fry” I received. This place is half scam 11/17, employees are having inappropriate conversations while “serving” customers at the window. I then received water for gravy. Check your food. Take your time at the window. They have no sense of urgency and provide very poor customer service.

Went in about 10:30 pm to just order a couple of burger combos and get back on the road. The staff that night was more worried about there drive thru and door dash orders, then their lobby orders. We waited for almost 30 minutes for what was supposed to be a fairly fast stop at the time of night. There was some staff just standing around, and when I asked what the wait was so long, they said it was because they only had 1 grill going at that time. Seems to me they should have had both grills going. Friendly staff, just not trying really hard to get order out in a timely manner.

The burgers were good but the fries were so bad.. they were not cooked well and too oily..

The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming to me. The two store managers seemed to not want to be there. Or simply judged me by my tattoos and skin color. The older store manager looked at me and rolled his eyes while I was standing in line. The tea they had in the lobby was as watered down, so I attempted to ask the younger store manager for the tea behind the counter. He ignored me. I said “excuse me” 4x to this man! The older man heard me from across the room trying to get his attention then told me “it his headset”. Mind you I’m close enough to touch this young man. And the older manager is across the room. He heard the older man but didn’t hear someone that was less than 2ft away from him. The cashiers were decent their leads were horrible!!!

This was BY FAR the WORST Whataburger experience I have ever had. I went in several weeks ago to order inside, as curbside takes about 20 minutes at this location and it’s always the wrong order, and 2 workers were arguing, screaming, cussing at one another, and throwing ketchup packets at each other, which were exploded all over the floor. The only thing the manager did was say “if you want to have this argument, take it outside.” It also took a while to have my order taken as everyone was paying attention to the fight.

Never ever ever ever ever ever go to this rat's nest of a restaurant for breakfast. The manager here is a garbage employee, with the managerial skills of a toddler. Ordered ahead and after 45 full minutes didn't have my food ready. After standing there another 10 minutes they finally decided to start my food. Mind you no one else was ordering. I think the manager must have been on pills or something.

Whataburger employee: "This customer ordered two large fries. Let's fill both of them half way. Toss a ketchup pack on top. They'll never notice."

I went at 1pm for lunch. It was still busy, but the wait was only 2 minutes. Service was great! Food was fresh. I had the chili cheese burger and it was the best chili cheese burger I have ever had! Delicious chili and crisp fritos on the burger! I had to get some to take home for lunch the rest of the week! The white chocolate Raspberry shake was really tasty as well!

Great customer service, the food was delicious, and the banana pudding shake was 🔥!

Really a 5-Star service on this last visit! The food is fresh, it was served quickly, and the window attendant was super pleasant. 10/10 would return.
