The staff is always friendly and pricing is fair, but the food is so bad it's almost inedible. The ingredients are old/stale/frozen--absolutely no freshness whatsoever--and no seasoning at all is used on anything--it's the most bland food on the planet. :/

Fantastic Cracker Barrel like all the others. Told our waitress we were in a hurry and our food was brought out in record time. Thanks so much!!

This is my 2nd time eating here. Overall it was a decent experience. I'm sure each location has a similar and particular vibe. This location hosted great, family friendly vibes but the service was not the best. The server took our orders then forgot or returned with incorrect items, twice. I never received my requested water, alcohol beverage, or correct appetizer. But they were correct on my bill. That took several requests to correct as well. I chatted the server up to see if they were new and/or okay, because who hasn't had a bad day? They were seasoned & experiencing a decent day. I LOVE the oversized fireplace!!! If you mess up pancakes, I can't trust anything on your menu. Well, this is a trustworthy menu! Drop into a CB if you get the chance. It's a whole experience...food, fun & shopping.

Very good selection and nicely prepared. service was friendly and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Perhaps due to covid, only served the bare sides items. Had to ask for butter and jelly to go on toast and it was delivered forthwith. Biscuits and gravy were very good and eggs in a basket were excellent. Nice mimosas but glasses barely hall full.

Warm biscuits to begin, service prompt, coffee brewed, wonderful surroundings! Server didn’t live up to our expectations, every question had a no answer to it, and order to go of our food never came, and the waitress didn’t even ask if she could void the receipt even though we weren’t charged because the order was not put in the first place, and for that she blamed the kitchen!

Delicious food. A little longer wait for the food but good food takes time! Very polite and tentative waiter.

Roast isn't very tender but good flavor and brown gravy was good.... Not a fan of the new baked beans. Baked potatoes was dry. Biscuit is awesome.... Nice and fluffy... Loaded sweet potato was really good...... Not sure what the black specs are in the salt....I choose to think it's burnt rice...😳😬 Waitress never offered to refill our drinks, never gave us napkins and I had to ask for my third side that I had ordered.... Ordered the chocolate coca cola cake.... It was quite heavy for my taste... Think I'll go home and eat some of my fluffy German chocolate cake that I made myself....

I went into the store to place a to go order. I made a choice.. got the bill and it was near $30 for one person. That includes the meal, appetizer and a piece of cake. The food was good, but for what I paid, the amount of food I got was very slim. I was actually very upset and didn’t think that the price I paid was worth the amount of food I got. I was hoping to make 2 meals out of it but that definitely wasn’t the case. The “to go” orders are definitely much less than what you will get in the restaurant… and honestly not sure the amount of food for that price is worth it in the restaurant.

Really tasty food. The macaroni and cheese is my favorite. The country fried chicken tasted good even without the gravy. Legit soul food. Also a neat little store with adorable decorations for the holiday.

I love the store inside the restaurant! The Cinnamon crunch latte was really good, I do recommend trying it! I always love getting the chicken and dumplings. I never get anything else, but I didn’t like how this time they put my side of hashbrown casserole in the bowl with the dumplings. They’ve never done that before. I don’t like them together, maybe that’s just a me thing but I don’t want parts of casserole in my bowl. I scooped it off best I could and put it on a napkin. The fried pickles were good, but closer to the end there’s too much grease in the basket to enjoy the rest of the pickles.

Wow. What happened to this place? We went on a Monday at 11 am for lunch the day after Easter. We had a reservation so they knew we were coming. My elderly mother wanted her annual family get together at Cracker Barrel. 12 of us. We sat for 25 minutes before we got our drinks. It was an HOUR before our orders were taken and another 40 minutes before they arrived. My rainbow trout was dried out. My potatoes were dry and had no gravy, and my salad never came. My husband's chicken was rubbery and almost non-existent in the chicken n dumplings. We repeatedly asked for drink refills which didn't arrive. Numerous items were wrong or forgotten. The food was just gross as if it was from 2 days ago and this was one of the WORST experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. This place used to be great. Our tab was $185 for terrible food and terrible service. The worst part of this was that my Dad had passed away 3 weeks before and this was an annual tradition my mother was carrying on as he loved Cracker Barrel. She was embarrassed and in tears over this. We were there from 11 am til 1:45 for bad food and bad service. It was appalling how awful this experience was.

Food, as usual, was very good. Service was fine once it started... Was seated, asked what I wanted to drink, then 5 minutes later a server stopped by and asked if I needed anything... I was about to get up and leave. Server kept my glass full and was attentive.

Service was above average and the wait stop were very attentive. Food was brought in a timely manner and was prepared as ordered. Their menu has been completely redone. The retail area was completely stocked with seasonal items. Check out was done from the table.

Food was mediocre and flavorless. Not seasoned at all. I got sick after eating the meatloaf. They were busy and at 1st wanted to separate our party when all they had to do was seap a 4 top for the 2 top. They could not do the critical thinking on it. Their gift shop is the only reason I will return!!! Not for the food!!

I met my wife here at 2:00 pm for a quick (late) lunch. We got seated, placed our drink and food order. And waited. And waited. And waited. When we realized it had been over 50 minutes I asked for a manager. I asked when our food was coming. About 2 minutes later our lady server came over to confirm what we had ordered so she could START OUR FOOD COOKING. No apology, just simply that she failed to start our order nearly an hour ago. The manager did not return. We got up and walked out. At the host stand I asked for the manager. He eventually appeared and I laid out that I was quite angry about wasting my wife’s entire lunch hour for a glass of soda. He scribbled FREE MEAL on a business card and handed it to me before scurrying back to his hiding hole in the kitchen. 5 years ago I gave this place 5 stars. It has been declining for ages. After today, I’ll probably not go back. I can’t tell you how the food is now, cuz we never got any. Stay away just because of the service.

We had breakfast. It was about a 15 minute wait. The table was clean and the waitress was very nice. The food came hot and as we ordered. We were offered complimentary drinks to go. It was not too crowded with a family atmosphere. The food was delicious.

It was a 45 minute wait to sit at the table. Then we waited 30 Minutes for a waitress to come tell us that they were out of the Southern style chicken and that we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the chicken, Or we could order something else.. I am a patient person But my wife was not too happy and we left. I do understand that it was 4th of July and that they were busy and from my understanding shorthanded in the kitchen. Every other time I've been here the service was great and the food was awesome.

I just picked up a thanksgiving meal. I went inside to get syrup and pancakes and although it’s very busy the staff were organised, friendly and checking people out quickly. I then joined the pick up line for my meal it was also very organised and I got my meal quickly. Food was fantastic!

Had a great time with family thank you staff for welcoming us. I called ahead of time to see if seats were available and it was. It's important to reserve your spot ahead of time. Waitress was nice and very courteous. Cooks did a amazing job with our food let us very satisfied. Staff at the gift shop was very helpful on telling us where the chocolate covered peanuts and turtles. Thank you and we appreciate all employees. Srry I didn't take pictures of the great food I was hungry. Everything was delicious a must try and I recommend. Clean environment.

I was visiting from California. In Oklahoma for a Graduation but at Cracker Barrel for Birthday Breakfast. I ordered chicken fried steak, it was delicious. We were a group of 10. Service was good. Our server was fun and very friendly. Store was loaded with lots of awesome things to buy. We bought a few things. 😁

Went on Memorial Day. Loved the "Missing Man" table set up. Much respect! Even though this place was packed and busy, we were seated in about 15 minutes (we were told 30). The waitress was attentive and the food was delicious! It did not lack just because they were busy. I was thankful for that! Kudos to all the employees for running things smoothly on a busy day!

I wanted to place a to go order, finally got a waiter, placed my food order, he started to walk off, I told him I also needed a drink. I received my food, for my order of biscuits and gravy, I got 4 biscuits and a to go container that was only half full, no condiments other than butter and plasticware.
