Wife decided she wanted to eat here on a Fri evening knowing it would be busy so I took her. We were told it would be a 45 min wait so we signed up for a text to tell us when our table was ready. After an hour wait we checked and were told that the system had somehow dropped us but when they realized the error they were able to get us a booth immediately. The bad stops there . Once seated even though the place was packed and jumping our drink and food order was taken quickly. We received our drinks quick and the food wasn't to far behind. The shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly and both of our steaks were cooked exactly like we had requested. My opinion is they could have had a little bit more seasoning on them but let me tell you this, I can't remember the last time I had a steak that was as tender as these. They practically melted in your mouth! The bread was good, our sides were good and our waitress was top notch! She stopped by multiple times to check in on us. I was very happy with my visit and would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good food in the area.

Was able to have date night away from baby for the first time in nearly a year. It started out fantastic. We loved our server and all the recommendations were fantastic. Then I happened to find this little guy cooked into my roll. I know a roach when I see one and the manager comes over to say they sprayed last week and it’s just a wood beetle. Then walked away. I’m more upset about how he handled it than the fact there was a roach in my food! I guess it was a memorable experience/visit.

The best steaks that you can get on the Southside of OKC! Porterhouse last time was great, got the Dallas Filet this time, great as well. The baked potatoes are some of the best as well. They are salted with rock salt and that speaks love to my taste buds. Cheese fries were good as well! Place is always packed but I seem to usually get a table within 10 mins though. I like to go on week days for that reason. Check in is on the outside now like a drive thru window, never seen that before but was a nice system. Waited in my car till I got a text instead of standing around. Always a pleasant experience.

One great thing about Texas Roadhouse is that they still offer a steak dinner for a reasonable price. The steak is always cooked right and it's always fantastic. You'll get a better steak here for half the price of the fancy steakhouses. Last night I had the steak salad, that comes loaded with good stuff. So many people at my table ordered pork chops that I thought we were at the Pork Palace of something! You don't have to order steak, if you're not into that. Our waiter, named Heaven, was one of the best we've had in a long time. She was excellent! I do have one nit to pick, and that's the wooden benches they seat you in. They are incredibly uncomfortable and a little claustrophobic. Besides that, it's a fun atmosphere and a great deal for a good price.

They have the most amazing grilled meatloaf!! The portions are huge for dinner. Meant to take a picture before I got into it..Lol..but it smelled so good I forgot.

Hubs and I came here last night for date night and their Vday special going on…. Long wait time, to be expected but we finally got seated at the bar and we were immediately greeted with exceptional service from Brandy and Cameron. food was hot and delicious. Drinks were fire. Tap is fresh and crisp. Rolls are the reason we were there. Fried pickles were crispy hot and delicious. It was a 10 star experience. We come here every chance we get which isn’t often. First time here while I was back in town visiting family. We got seated fast. Service and food was good.

My family and I had Dinner and it was amazing! Of course the wait time is always an issue. But i can definitely say that it is very much worth the wait! Our waiter, she was sooo nice, and attentive she made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. And the food was 10/10 so delicious I had the sirloin steak combo with ribs and mashed taters.. YUM the steak was cooked to perfection! I definitely recommend going to this one! 100% gonna visit again soon!

Loved this visit, 1st time ever at this location and I thoroughly enjoyed the environment, food, and service. I will most definitely return, the manager was super friendly as well and kept walking around to check on the customers. The cocktails were also on point 🍹

This was the first time going to a Texas Roadhouse. The steak was phenomenal. Extremely tender. Everything else was really good also. The wait to get a table is a bit much and it was very crowded and there was not enough airflow. We ate in a hurry and left.

Stayed across the street at the Residence Inn and the air smelled amazing from the aromas coming from this TX Roadhouse. Very simple to order online and was craving a Prime Rib. Opted for the 14oz loaded up with mushrooms and onions. Looks like I got 10 oz of fat and maybe some meat mixed in there somewhere... I think the container had an empty weight that was more than the portion of meat I paid almost $30 for. Would not recommend. Don't believe the hype when yo see the parking lot full.

This Texas Roadhouse is awesome. Our server, Jay, was fantastic. He was friendly, timely, and funny. The food tasted great and were cooked appropriately.

Food is always good. The place was packed as always on a Friday night. We were told our table would be ready in 50 minutes to and hour and 5 minutes. Waited almost 2 hours to be seated. The sides definitely sat in the window for a long time; they were cold or room temperature at best. The server was pretty good. My wife guzzled like 5 Sprites and he kept her happy.

Waitresses are great. but unfortunately, the food is not. This is supposed to be a southern restaurant, but they serve Kraft Mac and Cheese from the Box? the green beans were from a can, tasted off. The only part of the meal that was great were the rolls they serve when you walk in. definitely overhyped.

We went here for a date night cause we had gift card, it was good! The wait to be seated was about forty-five minutes. Our server was really nice and worked super fast! We got the bloomin onion as an appetizer and it was delicious as always! For my entree I got the chicken critters with fries, it was pretty good. My boyfriend got the herb crusted chicken. It was just okay, nothing too special about it. You already know the best part of coming here were the tasty rolls!!

This little American delight didn’t disappoint. We touched the ribs and that meat dropped off the bone - delightful. The sweet buns and cinnamon / honey butter were the substance of dreams. The fries were thick and crispy. Strangely, no more peanuts.

An hour and 15 minutes and still waiting in the air pocket with no check-in or concrete table wait time estimate. Kind and seemingly empathetic waiter indicated median wait time has been about half hour. Flagged a supervisor to get confirmation on wait time and he not only appeared dismissive about the confirmation inquiry, his body language also portends he was irritated and couldn't care any less either way. Great departure from the hospitality norm at other Texas Roadhouse locations. The two star was for the kind waiter flagged down for wait time.

We love Texas Roadhouse but after tonight I'm not sure we will be back. Our table order 4 steak dinners. All 4 steaks were cooked wrong and one plate was completely wrong. We sent our steaks back (the first time we've ever done this) and when they were returned our steaks were so over cooked we were hardly able to eat them. After waiting 1½ hours for our dinners we decided to just eat them and move on. We expected to have at least part of our of our bill reduced due to the horrible food. When the bill came there was no discount. We choose to talk to the manager before we left. Due to him speaking quietly with a face covering we were not able to fully understand anything he said beside "I'm sorry". I will say that the service was great! Our server did a fantastic job and we were happy with her. It was the food and the management that were disappointing.

First time to try pick up and online order here. Order was perfect no mistakes. Was ready when we were told it would be. Food was great. Only con you do have to go up to door to pick up order. It would be nice if they had number to call and they would bring out to you. Still worth the effort. Order was ready in 25 to 30 min.

Ordered online and went to pick up the food at the time I was told it would be ready. 19 minutes later, no food. I asked the staff at the window and I was told I would get a text when the food is ready. Waited another 10 minutes (45 minutes after I ordered). The food was cold. So, I did not get a text, and the people working in the To Go area just seemed to not have their act together. To top it off, the manager says my refund would take 5 to 7 business days. Order from this place at your own risk.

Very irritated. Ordered to go. They shorted us on 2 gravies AND 2 sour creams. We even paid for extra gravy just in case. 4 omissions in 1 order is inexcusable. Being busy isn't an excuse. I've worked multiple restaurants and bars. Quality service and product are paramount.
