Starting
with
the
good:
the
staff
at
and
around
the
check
in
desk
are
absolutely
perfect!
Best
experience
of
being
welcomed
I've
ever
had,
and
it
happens
daily!
Absolutely
5*
treatment!
The
beds
are
very
comfortable,
and
the
hotel
is
reasonably
quiet,
so
you
get
good
sleep.
The
breakfast
buffet
is
about
average.
Now
the
down
sides.
The
rooms
are
not
well
thought-out.
There's
not
enough
electrical
outlets,
and
all
of
them
are
full
with
the
room
lights.
So
you
have
to
unplug
lights
to
make
a
coffee,
plug
in
your
computer,
plug
in
a
phone
charger,
or
whatever.
Adding
a
couple
of
extensions
would
make
a
huge
difference!
The
desk
is
comfortable
to
work
at
with
a
laptop,
but
the
desktop
is
covered
with
glass,
so
you
can't
use
it
with
a
mouse.
You
have
to
look
around
for
a
tourist
magazine
and
use
that.
The
taps
in
the
shower
are
at
knee-height,
so
as
you're
washing
your
hair
you
bump
them
and
suddenly
are
boiling
to
death
until
ultra-hot
water,
or
are
freezing.
There
is
a
coffee/tea
service
in
the
room,
but
it
is
never
correctly
refreshed
...
Sometimes
2
creams,
sometimes
none,
sometimes
the
coffee
just
disappears
completely
and
there's
only
sugar!
(It
seems
that
NO
hotels
can
ever
get
this
simple
thing
right,
no
matter
how
many
stars
they
have!)
The
evening
room
freshening
service
is
fine,
but
they
apparently
don't
understand
what
a
"do
not
disturb"
sign
means,
so
they
repeatedly
knock,
and
then
come
in
anyway.
That
has
GOT
to
stop!!!
Please
train
them
better!
The
views
from
the
hotel
are...
Depressing...
Finally,
the
catering
for
events:
The
food
is
really
not
good
-
no
matter
what
it
was,
it
was
tasteless.
I
started
leaving
the
hotel
to
eat
in
a
local
restaurant
rather
than
eat
the
catered
food.
The
best
part
of
this
stay
were
the
front
desk
staff
(spectacular!!
Thank
you!!)
and
the
beds.
