Edit:
the
concerns
were
noted
and
I
was
told
we’re
communicated
to
the
owner.
I
guess
we’ll
see
now
it
they
update
the
rooms!
Really
disappointed
with
this
visit,
it
seems
they’ve
done
zero
maintenance
since
I
was
here
two
years
ago.
It’s
a
lovely
spot,
but
for
the
price,
the
rooms
really
need
to
be
better
maintained
and
updated.
Is
it
really
that
hard
to
paint
the
rooms
every
year,
wash
the
pillows,
fix
the
broken
curtains
etc?
This
is
not
a
4
star
hotel,
as
that
implies
a
certain
level
of
service
and
quality,
sorely
lacking
this
time
around!
I
always
loved
coming
here
because
despite
a
challenge
here
or
there,
the
client
service
was
always
tip
top,
and
they
managed
issues
well
and
appropriately.
Not
this
time
around.
And
the
restaurant
which
was
impeccable
has
totally
gone
downhill.
My
dinner
of
fish
and
risotto
was
inedible.
At
least
they
didn’t
charge
me.
So
let’s
see…we
arrived
and
someone
came
out
to
comment
on
my
parking,
but
didn’t
help
us
with
our
bags.
At
checkin,
there
was
one
family
checking
in…but
we
had
to
wait
25
min
to
checkin
bc
there
was
only
one
person
working,
who
also
took
them
to
their
room,
so
we
had
to
wait
despite
the
other
5
employees
milling
about.
There
was
no
manager
or
any
other
staff
around,
and
we
were
given
no
apology,
please
be
patient
etc.
We
get
to
the
room,
which
is
dirty
-
stains
on
the
table,
stains
on
the
doors
and
walls,
stains
on
the
walls
behind
the
bed…as
I
mentioned
zero
maintenance.
Also
bugs
in
the
corners.
Oh
and
no
wifi
-
you
can
only
consistently
get
internet
at
the
restaurant
(which
is
fine
but
seems
like
something
to
mention
at
checkin).
Perhaps
worst
of
all,
our
room
kept
having
baisse
de
tension.
I
thought
it
was
the
whole
hotel,
but
looks
like
it
was
only
our
room.
This
is
a
lot
of
things
to
go
wrong
in
a
$300+
/night
room…with
not
a
single
apology
or
any
proposed
compensation.
This
place
used
to
do
better
and
be
better.
